Why did judges,
after almost two centuries of upholding adultery laws, suddenly prohibit these laws from
being upheld, or at least stop upholding them, in the early part of the 20th century?
The mainstream media is awash with the myth that adultery laws are obsolete or
archaic, yet all of the polls show that only a small percentage of the population (10-16%)
agrees with that myth. Who are this 10-16% and why do judges ignore existing law,
the Ten Commandments, and the vast majority of the population, only to cater to this
radical, immoral, destructive, counterproductive minority group whose stated goal is to
overthrow the Christian culture?
This is a religious war against 232 million Christians by 5 million Jews who could care less that the majority of Americans disagree
with them. So why do judges support them and ignore the majority? Why should
the majority which is Christians be ruled by the amoral minority which is Jews? Why
are the judges siding with the radical minority in this religious war? How do we
stop it? Is the Christian Party the
answer?

Your idea of blacklisting feminists is a good idea, Alison. Let's start the list
with the purported grandmommy of feminism, Betty Friedan, quoted by Dr. Amneus in The Case for Father Custody:
- Betty Friedan "A woman has a right to
control her own sexuality" [read: to commit adultery].
- Monica Sj and Barbara Mor "Women
control our own bodies" [read: even married women have the right to have sex with
anyone they want to]
- Riane Eisler "struggle against the
assertion of male entitlement to their bodies...the right to be seen by oneself and others
as belonging to oneself rather than someone else...the right to self-determination."
[read: the right to commit adultery]
- Glorian Steinem:
"Overthrowing capitalism is too small for us. We must overthrow the whole...
patriarch!''
- Lynn Segal "women's own sexuality was
"crippled" and "denied" by men's imposition of "compulsory
heterosexuality." [read: by marriage]
- Barbara Ehrenreich "sex is a
fundamentally lawless creature, not easily confined to a cage." [read: women have the
"right" to commit adultery]
- Declaration of Feminism: "The end of
the institution of marriage is a necessary condition for the liberation of women.
Therefore it is important for us to encourage women to leave their husbands..."
(November, 1971)
- Robin Morgan: "I want a woman's
revolution like a lover. I lust for it..."
- Alice Walker: "Ninety-nine and
ninety-nine one hundredths percent of traditions should be done away with because women
did not make them. Like marriage."
- Mary Daly: "When sexual caste is seen
as the `original sin' upon which other manifestations of oppression are modeled, it
becomes eminently unreasonable to feel guilt over according it priority."
- Judy Mann: "Christianity, patriarchy,
and abuse are all wrapped up together, and together they doom girls to second-class
citizenship." (The Difference, p. 289)
- Nancy Yos: "20th-century women have
strained to escape patriarchy and `phallocentrism' and its horrible servant--motherhood
..." [read: American women have the right to commit adultery and ignore their
responsibility as mothers].
- Sheila Cronan: "Freedom for women
cannot be won without the abolition of marriage".
- Mary Ann Mason: "For many women the
route to liberation from domestic drudgery was liberation from the family." [read:
the right to commit adultery is more important than the family and children]
- Dr. Mary Jo Bane: ``In order to raise
children with equality, we must take them away from families and communally raise them''.
[read: with a 'little' financial help from the working men].
- The Document: Declaration of Feminism: "Marriage
has existed for the benefit of men and has been a legally sanctioned method of control
over women ... Male society has sold us the idea of marriage ... In the past we women have
been afraid to admit that marriage wasn't all it was cracked up to be because it meant we
had failed. Now we know it is the institution that has failed us and we must work to
destroy it ... The end of the institution of marriage is a necessary condition for the
liberation of women. Therefore it is important for us to encourage women to leave their
husbands and not to live individually with men". Also The Case for Father
Custody, Jim Deason, Scott Huckaby, church, Bible Prophecy.

[Eleanor Holmes] NORTON (D-DC): House of Representatives - June 22, 1999
DEBATE ON GUNS AFFECTS THE DISTRICT
"Mr. Speaker, last week we had a heartbreaking debate on guns. Women Members of this
body felt this
debate with particular poignancy. If the truth be told, we regard ourselves as special
guardians of issues that affect women and families, not because we are such, we are after
all, self-anointed, but because we choose to be. ... Ask the women in your own district
why they do not want a gun in their own home. No woman in America wants a gun in the home
and there is a very good reason why. The greatest cause of death of women is inflicted
upon them not by rapists in the streets but by guns and knives in the hands of their own
partners in their own homes as it is now. Most of them go to the hospital, the victim of
beatings, often severe. Imagine if guns were freely available in homes, particularly in
large cities which have rampant domestic violence rates." |
Congress
Maintains That Perjury, Not Adultery, is the President's Most Serious Crime.
In spite of the evident moral bankruptcy of the US, we disagree.
Our President's underlings are
more severely punished for less egregious crimes. Adultery is as serious as murder and
perjury in the Ten Commandments--the centerpiece of the religion of 86% of North
Americans. Upholding this important Christian principle
is the reason our Forefathers added "free exercise of religion" to the Bill of
Rights. It is a felony under many existing state laws. It is a court martial offense under
the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Simply because adultery laws are not upheld, DNA
tests now show that one out of five (20%) of fathers who thought they were biologically
linked to their children, are not--they are the products of adultery. Shere Hite brags on
the Phil Donohue Show that "70% of American wives commit adultery within 5 years of
marriage" and no American man objected. 32 million abortions, 35 different kinds of
birth control pills, and the premature deaths of 1.2 million Americans per year, have not
brought the nation any closer to resolving the social pathology surrounding adultery.
Countries which stone adulterers and adulteresses have much lower crime rates. Failure to
prosecute adultery in the US paralleled a tripling of the murder rate, a 98 point plunge
in SAT scores (putting the US last in
the world in education), the elimination of Personal Savings, and the rapid rise of
radical feminism.
Federal Policy on Adultery
- Rear-Admiral John Scudi Mustered Out of Navy for Adultery.
- "If a president were proved to have had
an adulterous liaison while in the White House, the American people should certainly be

serious offense." Hillary Rodham Clinton - 1/26/98

Existing State Laws Against Adultery
"Sexual intercourse by
a married woman with a man other than her husband [is] regarded as an offense against
public morals, not merely as a breach of the obligation of marriage" West's
California Digest.
"Adultery [is] a felony
... punishable by imprisonment in the state prison not exceeding 5 years", California
Penal Code as amended March 21, 1911.
"Act of 1872 from which
adultery law was derived apparently has not been appealed" West's Penal Code.
"Adultery [is a]
counterfeit of marriage relation", People v. Bealey, 81 C.A. 648.
"Cohabitation and
adultery [are a] violation of Penal Code 269a" People v. Breeding, 19 C.A. 359.
"Sexual intercourse,
not cohabitation, is adultery", People v. Woodson, 29 C.A. 531.

well understood, sexual intercourse of one spouse with any one other than the
spouse", People v. Salmon 148 C. 303
"Sexual
inclinations/reasonable opportunity [are] proof of adultery", Security First National
Bank v. Schaub, 71 C.A.2d 467.
According to Harvard Law
School, adultery is a crime in Illinois and Arizona.
Federal law also
considers adultery to be a crime serious enough to deny immigrants admission to the US:
"No person shall be regarded as a person of good moral character who ... has
committed adultery", 8 USC 1101 (f)(2).
The Holy Bible on ADULTERY
- "Thou shalt not commit adultery",
Ten Commandments.
- Even if you do not commit adultery, you have
become a lawbreaker if you commit murder, James 2:11
- As the law of Moses prescribes, they were
given the same punishment as they had schemed to inflict [adultery] on their neighbor.
They were put to death, Daniel 13:62.
- A bastard shall not enter into the
congregation of the Lord, even to his 10th generation, Deuteronomy 23:2.
- ... false teachers will appear amoung you...
[to] bring in destructive untrue doctrines ... and they will bring upon themselves sudden
destruction ... They want to look for nothing but the chance to commit adultery, 2 Peter
2:1
- Even if you do not commit adultery, you have
become a lawbreaker if you commit murder, James 2:11
- If there is a man who lies with a male ...,
they shall be put to death, Leviticus 20:13
Adultery is an American
crisis. It has shamed the nation before God. How do you believe the problem can be
corrected?:
Existing adultery laws must
be enforced?
Politicians violating a vow
to God to be faithful to their wives must be removed from office for adultery, and not
merely for perjury?
The Nineteenth
Amendment must be repealed?
