for all men to require pre-nups that balance the power, and men really had solidarity,

1. These Dissertations are great for the "Awareness Phase" 2. The next phase
must be building solidarity via male peer pressure. Men's propensity to
"compete" with men to accept the demands of feminist women must be trumped here.
This may sound harsh, but men who "cross the line" to get the girl should be
ostracized - like "scabs" in a labor-union town. Do this by simplifying messages
from the dissertations then pumping them into men's sports and social clubs everywhere.

Please help Indiana fathers in desperate need of father friendly laws. We too should be
able to have unlimited access to our children. (unless it has been proven that we have
relinquished those rights. There are too many ways for a disgruntled ex-wife to se the

used as a weapon to hurt a former spouse? An especially large problem here is the use of

To my judge: You say that you are imprisoning me for contempt of court. You are lying. You
are imprisoning me for debt, in violation of the Constitution, the very law which you have
sworn to uphold. You are denying me my right to be tried by a jury of my peers, also in
violation of Article 3, section 2 of the Bill of Rights, which you have sworn to uphold
indisputably. You have denied my right to due process, and my God given rights as an equal
parent and human being. The fact is, you have no idea of, nor any desire to seek the truth
in this litigation as the standard of law requires. Alexander Hamilton once said:
"The sacred rights of mankind are not to be rummaged for among old parchments or
musty records. They are written as with a sunbeam in the whole volume of nature, by the
hand of the divinity himself; and as such, can never be erased by any mortal power".
Yet you act as if I have no rights or sacred covenant to my child. I say to you, you have
no business assuming responsibility for my daughter, and that in taking that
responsibility upon yourself and placing her in a fatherless home, in the custody of a
parent incapable of providing for her, you and this state are responsible for her welfare.
By placing her in a fatherless home, you are placing her in jeopardy where her likelihood
of becoming a juvenile delinquent and going to prison is higher by 8 times, to commit
suicide by 5 times, to have behavioral problems by 20 times, to become a rapist by 20
times, to run away by 32 times, to abuse chemical substances by 10 times, to drop out of
high school by 9 times, to be seriously abused by 33 times, to be fatally abused by 73
times, to be one tenth as likely to get A's in school, to have a 72% lower standard of
living, and to be 10 times more likely as children from a father-headed household to be in
juvenile detention. You helped in the destruction of my family by permitting such
offensive behavior as adultery, lying under oath, and making false accusations to bolster
an abusive pattern of irresponsibility to go unanswered by this court; and now you are
trying to shift your responsibility for this onto me by blaming me for the law's
incompetence to protect my child, and for the fact that I am unable to support two
households with an income sufficient only for one. I��ve come here seeking relief
through wisdom, temperance and justice, yet I��am met with a tempest of sanctimonious
gavel pounding and inequity. You say that I must respect the law, yet respect is something
that must be uniformly conveyed by both partners in any relationship for it to truly work
harmoniously. You hide behind a veil of ambiguous laws and personal ideology in your
disposition of what is deceptively proffered as justice. Your indifference to the very
system you represent troubles me greatly sir. Injustice offends my philosophic
sensibilities and moral character. It deprives people of they��re dignity through apathy
and a labyrinth of esoteric terminology. It is a parasite that leech��s on the defining
attributes that were breathed into all men by our creator. In the words of Frederick
Douglass; "Where justice is denied, where poverty is enforced, where ignorance
prevails, and where any one class is made to feel that society is in an organized
conspiracy to oppress, rob, and degrade them, neither persons nor property will be
safe." You want to know what my trouble is sir? My trouble is that by ignoring the
unlawful and ungodly behavior of adultery. By allowing clearly false accusations and
dishonest statements under solemn oath to go unpunished, and by neglecting to prosecute
all the other contemptible behavior before this court, you have helped destroy yet another
family-my family. And in doing so you��ve destroyed the very system of motivation which
formerly made me a productive, financially stable and useful member of society; and are
now about to make me a convict who can contribute nothing to society. My trouble sir, is
the same trouble as that of millions of other American fathers that you and the other
members of your profession are, by destroying more than half of America's families each
year, destroying the very basis of our country��s social and economic well-being. My
trouble is that you and your fellow judges imagine that by raging and pulling tantrums at
responsible, respectable, and moral father��s like myself, you can compensate for the
damage you are inflicting upon our society by your weakness of character, your own
lawlessness in refusing to keep your oath of office and administer justice impartially,
and your lack of cognitive skill. You may consider that my daughter didn't ask to be
brought into the world. I say to you that she didn't ask to be ripped from a two-parent
family where she was decently provided for by me, and placed by you in a situation where
she is at higher risk of being impoverished, and at an even greater risk of delinquency
and educational failure. You act as if my daughter is rummaging in garbage cans. This is
because you placed her in a situation that would expose her to such a predicament, and now
seek to displace your own unsettled feelings and poor judgment by earmarking me as yet
another "deadbeat" scapegoat. She never rummaged in garbage cans when she was in
my care. Now...you may imagine that your demonstration of indignation towards me is
beneficial to the State of New Jersey. But let me remind you that it will cost the state
between $20,000 and $25,000 to imprison me for a year. During this time my estranged wife
and my child will be on public support. During this time I will earn nothing and will
therefore be withdrawing another $25,000 worth of productivity from the New Jersey
economy. My company will be shut down and it��s employees will then also be dependent on
state support as well . Furthermore, my future employability will be extremely impaired
once I have a jail record. And when I get out, I��ll most likely have no drivers license
to seek employment! I will be paying no taxes for the next year and reduced taxes in the
future--perhaps none at all, since I may find myself driven into the underground economy,
or compelled to leave this state in order to escape your bullying. Your concern sir, is
not as you pretend, for the best interests of my child. You never lost thirty seconds of
sleep over my daughter, or any of the other children, you placed in fatherless households
where they are far more likely to be impoverished, delinquent, and experience acute
developmental problems. Your concern is merely to practice cheap judicial chivalry at my
expense and to preserve a mindless legal "rule-of-thumb" which will save you the
necessity of performing the duty for which you receive your salary. The duty of
administering impartial justice and of thinking about what you routinely do when you
destroy families and place children in fatherless households without any regard for the
consequences.

every case of divorce. They didn't want child support, alimony or their husbands property,
just custody. At that time divorce was at the lowest level ever. In a coup e decades
divorce grew by 4 fold. The common denominator of every known society is the learned
behavior men have to nurture women and children. Take that away for whatever reason, war,
economics, slavery ect, and that society has ceased to exist. That is the humanity that
separates man rom the primates. It's not males protecting females or males possessing
females, the primates do that also. Children must have sociological fathers, but Women
have a monopoly on reproduction, and they don't want men horning in telling them what to
do. However, the only way that children can have monogamous, stable two parent families
and the only way males can learn to be humane to women and children is automatic fathers
custody.

i'm glad you still beleive in organised christianity for i have increasingly hard time
doing so! the organised church,including the so called fundalmentalists,have not upheld
the status of the father as head of the household. in my experience today's churches are
little more than totaly feminized organisations with little reguard for men or positive
support for men a fathers.much of the original feminist movement,with the foucus on
obtaining the vote as well as passage of laws to protect woman from from the harsher
realities of the work enviroment during the industrial revolution as well as the
temperance movement came out of women's power base in the churh(it's ironic in the extreme
that modern feminists cited these protective laws were proof that men had a conspricy to
keep women out of the work-place).as a man i do not beleive philys schafley and her ilk
care any more about men than the feminists do,only wanting to preserve their queenly
prerogatives that america has taditionally accorded it's women.america was considered a
matriarchy long before the advent of modern feminism.indeed one could make the arguement
that today's radical feminism is a by product of the excessively high reguard women have
traditionaly held in american society and the church(all denominations) has been in the
forefront of this.you would have to look much earlier than the 1960's to find the
beginnings of the church's failure in reguard to men. try the early 19th century when
motherhood was turned into some kind of goddess cult in the pulpits thruoghout the
land.the modern feminist goddess cults have just taken it one step further. then of course
you have the promise-keepers,with their desire for racial reconciliation,which is good but
their main concern seems to be to foucus on their failures as husbands and fathers.what
planet are these fellows living on? no group of men in the history of the world has worked
harder and made more sacrifices for his family than the american male.no man has
traditionally honoure his women moore highly.for this he gets organised sexual warfare!
don't tell me the feminists are a small man-hating minority,ever hear of the game of good
cop,bad cop?look at the positions of elizabeth dole,who considers herself a conservative
christian. not much difference except for abortion,tan the radical feminist psitions of
15-20 years ago!! eighty percent of divorces are initiated by women, including so called
christian women. just what te hell are these men feeling guilty about? if they want to fix
the problems concerning men and the relationships within their families the first thing
they ought to do is gather and work on changing america's gynocentric divorce laws. i see
a massive failure of christian manhood here to address the real problems!! in the early
church women held many positions of authority as Christ taught by example that women and
not just men were spiritual beings and were co-equal in the eyes of God.however in no
period has the church accorded women the status of head of household.men were considered
the natual leaders of the family. even though the conservative churches pay lip service to
this,the reality is quite different. most of our social pathologies are the result of this
sexual power inverssion.in the last 200 years men in the church have evolved from
unquestioned heads of families to little boys who their so called more spiritual wives
most drag alongto christ. with this role reversal,the church(collective,all denominations)
has lost most of it's moral authority!!!

Men as fathers are discriminated against in as flagrant a manner as any abuses directed at
any race,religion,nationality or sex in our nations history. It appears that men in
custody issues are steotyped as the source of all evil and undeserving and unqu lified to
fit any role other than that of a walking wallet, with total disregard for what their
actual financial circumstances are. Divorce & custody issues are a venue for the woman
to levy her vindictiveness and revenge, with the assistance of the lega system, against
her ex-husband or father of her children for what she perceives as her justice. No regard
is given to the fact that she may well have been the adultress, not the primary caregiver
of the child or anything else. Credibility is stripped f om the male/father as a matter of
course in the legal process and he is treated in every aspect as a second class citizen
without Constitutional rights in the family court process, where equality is only
lip-service. I raised my daughter for 8 years of h r life, and in the 5 years immediately
prior to 1995 was the primary caregiver 5-7 days and nights per week. I had filed for
divorce in 1989 due to my ex-wife's infidelity, and shared through a mutually agreed order
"equal legal custody & equal physical rimary care" which was taken from a
law case in another state. However when I filed for full custody in 1995 to protect my
child from the activities of her mother during the only two evenings a week my child
stayed with her mother, I had my child taken f om me by a judge who had a close personal
relationship with my ex-wife as illustrated by the fact that they saw each other 6 times
per week and often had breakfast& lunch together. I was accused of numerous false
charges & accusations such as rape agains my ex-wife, child molestation upon my child,
numerous counts of criminal trespass, phone tapping & electronic bugging, &
numerous other illegal or immoral acts. All charges & accusations were proven false or
unsubstanitated, however I lost my child whic I now see only 3 days (or 32 hours) a month.
I spent over $100,000 to fight charges which never even made it to court, and ended up
homeless & living in a car, because I sought to protect my child & fight to regain
the custody I had previously held & pr cticed. Nearly 4 years later I am still unable,
due to the corruption of the locale & state to get my ex-wife prosecuted for perjury.
Men/fathers should do whatever is necessary to change the system, but rather than fight
our individual battles in which we are subject to the prejudice, politics & corruption
of the locale & state, we should unite & wage legal actions in federal courts
against the states and the federal government for violation of our constitutional rights
as men & as fathers.

am in full support of the "DEMAND." I am in a battle with a judge in the Bronx
Family Court and I am loosing. I have made tape recordings since Nov. of 1996 of all
attorneys, foster agencies, counseling services, welfare workers, etc., what I can show
and prove is conspiracy and perjury to name but a few of the charges. I am looking for
