Gillul are Mamzers, not Idols Strong's #H1544, gillul That they have committed adultery, and blood is in their hands, and with their idols have they committed adultery, and have also caused their sons, whom they bore unto me, to pass for them through the fire, to devour them, Ezekiel 23:37 (KJV) Gillul appears 47 times as idol. Gillul are "idols" who commit adultery, before whom children are sacrificed, who are portrayed on the wall, who have carcasses when slain, who are served rather than worshipped, who are put away rather than removed, who the Israelites whored after, with whom the holy seed can be polluted, who can be confounded, who it is an abomination for an Israelite to lift up his eyes to, with whom men of Assyria defiled themselves, who can pollute the land, and from whom Israelites can be cleansed. For they miscegenated, and blood is on their hands. With their idols they miscegenated, and they have even offered up to them for food the children whom they had borne to me. (ESV)That3588 they have committed adultery,5003 and blood1818 is in their hands,3027 and with854 their idols1544 have they committed adultery,5003 and have also1571 caused (853) their sons,1121 whom834 they bore3205 unto me, to pass for them through5674 the fire, to devour402 them. The Hebrew word gillul appears 48 times in the Holy Bible, 47 times as idols and 1 time as images. In addition, there are 13 other Hebrew words and 6 Greek words which are translated into the English words idol and idolatry. Of these 13 Hebrew words, 9 of them (otseb, kamar, shiqquts, chamman, aven, etseb, teraphim, aven, and eyma) are translated as idol only once, and not in one case is this deviation from the otherwise accepted meaning of the words consistent. In each of these 9 appearances of the English word idol, the Scripture would have been much clearer if the word that appears the most often had been used in place of idol.A detailed analysis of the context shows that gillul are able to miscegenate or commit adultery, that pictures of them were portrayed on the walls, that when they were destroyed they had carcasses, that they could be served rather than merely worshipped, that they were put away rather than merely destroyed, that Israelites could defile themselves by a whoring after them, that they could be confounded, that they were able to transgress the law, that they could be borne, all of which indicates that a gillul is a person rather than an inanimate object like an idol. Considering that mamzers are not permitted into the congregation of the LORD, even to the tenth generation, that there is a notable lack of reference to mamzers in the rest of the Holy Bible, and that these persons are called abominations and are put away, it's evident that these unidentified persons must be mamzers. The only explanation for such a heinous omission from the Word of God is that the KJV translators were given instructions to use the English words idol and idolatry to conceal the numerous references in the original Hebrew text to miscegenation and mamzers. This extreme bias from translators who would presume that a word which means log, which is evidently a Hebrew colloquialism for mamzer, could only be a figurative representation for idol, suggests that jews were heavily involved in these mistranslations.
ga^lal gaw-lal' A primitive root; to roll (literally or figuratively): - commit, remove, roll (away, down, together), run down, seek occasion, trust, wallow.
Eze 23:37 That they have committed adultery, and blood is in their hands, and with mamzers have they miscegenated, and have also caused their sons, whom they bore unto me, to pass for them through the fire, to devour them. Eze 23:39 For when they had sacrificed [was slain] their own children before [was to] mamzers, then they came the same day into my sanctuary to profane it; and, lo, thus have they done in the midst of mine house. Eze 8:10 So I went in and saw; and behold every image [was form] of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the mamzers in [was idols of] the house of Israel, portrayed upon the wall round about.
Lev 26:30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcasses upon the carcasses of mamzers [was idols], and my soul shall abhor you. 2Ki 21:21 And he walked in all the way that his father walked in, and served the mamzers [was idols] that his father served, and worshiped them: 2Ki 23:24 Moreover the workers with familiar spirits, and the wizards, and the healers [was images], and the mamzers [was idols], and all the abominations that were spied in the land of Judah and in Jerusalem, did Josiah put away, that he might perform the words of the law which were written in the book that Hilkiah the priest found in the house of the LORD. Eze 6:9 And they that escape of you shall remember me among the nations whither they shall be carried captives, because I am broken with their whorish heart, which hath departed from me, and with their eyes, who miscegenate with [was "which go a whoring after"] mamzers [was idols]: and they shall loathe themselves for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations. Eze 20:18 But I said unto their children in the wilderness, Walk ye not in the statutes of your ancestors [was fathers], neither observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with mamzers. Eze 30:13 Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also destroy the mamzers, and I will cause their images [read: idols, from Strong's # 457, iliyl] to cease out of Noph; and there shall be no more a prince of the land of Egypt: and I will put a fear in the land of Egypt. Jer 50:2 Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodach is broken in pieces; her idols are confounded, her mamzers are destroyed.
Eze 37:23 Neither shall they defile themselves any more with mamzers, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwelling places, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God. 1Ki 15:12 And he took away the sodomites out of the land, and removed all the mamzers that his ancestors had borne. Eze 16:36 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thy filthiness was poured out, and thy nakedness discovered through thy whoredoms with thy lovers, and with all the mamzers of thy abominations, and by the blood of thy children, which thou didst give unto them Deu 29:17 And ye have seen the abominations of mamzers, wood and stone, silver and gold,TWENTY WORDS ARE TRANSLATED AS IDOL Isa 66:3 He that killeth7819 an ox7794 is as if he slew5221 a man;376 he that sacrificeth2076 a lamb,7716 as if he cut off a dog's neck;6202, 3611 he that offereth5927 an oblation,4503 as if he offered swine's2386 blood;1818 he that burneth2142 incense,3828 as if he blessed1288 an idol.205 Yea,1571 they1992 have chosen977 their own ways,1870 and their soul5315 delighteth2654 in their abominations.8251

Why should this verse not read?: "And when he had broken down the altars and the groves, and had beaten the graven images into powder, and cut down all the images throughout all the land of Israel, he returned to Jerusalem." 2Ki 23:5 And he put down7673 (853) the idolatrous priests,3649 whom834 the kings4428 of Judah3063 had ordained5414 to burn incense6999 in the high places1116 in the cities5892 of Judah,3063 and in the places round about4524 Jerusalem;3389 them also that burned incense6999 unto Baal,1168 to the sun,8121 and to the moon,3394 and to the planets,4208 and to all3605 the host6635 of heaven.8064 H3649 appears 3 times, once as chemarims, once as idolatrous, and once as priests. ka^ma^r kaw-mawr' From H3648; properly an ascetic (as if shrunk with self maceration), that is, an idolatrous priest (only in plural): - Chemarims, (idolatrous) priests. Why should this verse not read?: "And he put down the chemarims, whom the kings of Judah had ordained to burn incense in the high places in the cities of Judah, and in the places round about Jerusalem; them also that burned incense unto Baal, to the sun, and to the moon, and to the planets, and to all the host of heaven." 1Ki 15:13 And also1571 (853) Maachah4601 his mother,517 even her he removed5493 from being queen,4480, 1377 because834 she had made6213 an idol4656 in a grove;842 and Asa609 destroyed3772 (853) her idol,4656 and burnt8313 it by the brook5158 Kidron.6939

2Ch 15:8 And when Asa609 heard8085 these428 words,1697 and the prophecy5016 of Oded5752 the prophet,5030 he took courage,2388 and put away5674 the abominable idols8251 out of all4480, 3605 the land776 of Judah3063 and Benjamin,1144 and out of4480 the cities5892 which834 he had taken3920 from mount4480, 2022 Ephraim,669 and renewed2318 (853) the altar4196 of the LORD,3068 that834 was before6440 the porch197 of the LORD.3068 once as abominable idols shiqqu^ts shiqqu^ts shik-koots', shik-koots' From H8262; disgusting, that is, filthy; especially idolatrous or (concretely) an idol: - abominable filth (idol, -ation), detestable (thing). Why should this verse not read?: "And when Asa heard these words, and the prophecy of Oded the prophet, he took courage, and put away the abominations out of all the land of Judah and Benjamin, and out of the cities which he had taken from mount Ephraim, and renewed the altar of the LORD, that was before the porch of the LORD." There's no justification for transliterating the word abominations into abominable idols, unless your objective is to conceal that the abominations which were put away were mamzers who are not permitted into the congregation of the LORD, even to the tenth generation. If instead of saying put away this verb had been destroy, break, pound into dust, or melt, the insertion of idol MAY have been justified. As it is, just the use of put away is a strong indication that this wasn't the idea in the first place. Zec 10:2 For3588 the idols8655 have spoken1696 vanity,205 and the diviners7080 have seen2372 a lie,8267 and have told1696 false7723 dreams;2472 they comfort5162 in vain:1892 therefore5921, 3651 they went their way5265 as3644 a flock,6629 they were troubled,6031 because3588 there was no369 shepherd.7462

The jews have a very different view of the Hebrew word gillul, claiming that the Zorah is the Kabbalistic correspondence to the Holy Bible, which is the verbal parallel to the Torah and provides a missing link to the Hebrew word tsphua, Strong's H6832, which means dung. In other words, gillul means log, which is a reference to dung, which means dung people who are the golem who clean the city. With their fastidious concentration on scatology, it's no wonder that jews delight in such an interpretation, so much so that jews too fail to understand that gillul means mamzer.
