(1) Expenditure for All Households
The average monthly living expenditure per household for 2000 was
317,133 yen, down 1.8% in nominal and 0.9% in real terms from the previous year.
(2) Income and Expenditure for Workers' Households
The average monthly income per household for 2000 was 560,954 yen,
down 2.4% in nominal and 1.5% in real terms from the previous year.
Living expenditure was 340,977 yen, down 1.5% in nominal and 0.6% in real
terms from the previous year.
