There is no lack of theories about the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
None of them are convincing though, since not a single one of them proposes a perpetrator
with a plausible motive. A meaningful criminal investigation must of course focus on the
background, character and actions of the victim first. Kennedy's life provides the clues
to uncover the identity of his assassins.
People outside of the United States, especially in
Europe, consider the speech in Berlin to be the most defining moment of Kennedy's
presidency. Even more so then the Cuban Missile crisis. On the 26 of June 1963, addressing
a large crowd from the balcony of the Rathaus Schoeneberg Kennedy said:
Two thousand years ago the proudest boast
was civis romanus sum [I am a Roman citizen]. Today, in the world of freedom, the proudest
boast is 'Ich bin ein Berliner' All free men, wherever they may live, are citizens of
Berlin, and therefore, as a free man, I take pride in the words 'Ich bin ein Berliner!'
It is extraordinary for an American president to speak those words in the capital of
Hitler's 3rd Reich less then two decades after the holocaust and the end of the war.
People in Germany were electrified by that speech. America ceased to be the enemy who
defeated them in WW II and occupied their country since. America was suddenly a friend,
who freed Germany from the Nazis and was standing now firmly at her side against the
looming threat of the Soviet Union. The Germans felt that they were for the first time in
their history in league with the good guys. The effects of that speech on the German
psyche can hardly be overestimated.
But what about the people who suffered from German
Brutalities during the second world war? What about the Jews?
They were not pleased to see "Ein Berliner"
being the leader of the most powerful nation on earth. The Jews had other reason's to
mistrust Kennedy as well. There is Joe Kennedy, the president's father, a known Nazi
sympathizer and anti Semite. Joe Jr., the president's older brother, shared his father's
views. Both Joe's repeatedly expressed understanding and sympathy for the Nazis in the
1930's. It must be said that John F. Kennedy himself never displayed any anti Semitic or
pro Nazi sentiment. But the Berlin speech and the family background were surely enough to
fuel Jewish resentment against him.
Several policies of the United States after WW II
caused concern among Jews in general and Israelis in particular. Anticipating the Cold
War, American Intelligence agencies recruited Nazi officer's who had plenty of experience
and contacts in eastern Europe and Russia. The most prominent among them being Reinhard
Gehlen, Hitler's chief of military Intelligence in the east. This happens, while Israeli
Intelligence is engaged in a worldwide hunt for Nazi war criminals. It must have been
frustrating for Israel to see some of them become members of the US Intelligence community
and thereby untouchable.
The perception of an imminent Communist threat during
the McCarthy era was partially due to the influence of Americanized German intelligence
officers, and partially of course due to the fact that communism really was, and remained
until its collapse, a serious threat. McCarty was certainly not paranoid, the Rosenberg
case shows that American communists did indeed harm American interests, for example by
providing the Soviets with information that helped them to develop nuclear weapons.
What matters in regards to Kennedy however is that
most of the prominent communists, alleged or real, who were targeted by McCarthy happened
to be Jews, which is not surprising considering the common origins of Communism and
Zionism. Kennedy, unlike the rest of the Democratic Party, considered McCarthy a true
patriot and defended the man and his actions on many occasions, even after he became
highly unpopular. That surely didn't earn Kennedy sympathies from the Jews.
Even as Kennedy announced America's intention to put a
man on the moon, he managed to alienate the Jews. He drew attention to NASA which was
crawling with ex Nazis like von Braun at that time. Americans may have known Werher von
Braun as the great visionary in charge of their space program. The Jewish labor slaves he
used to pick up from the concentration camp at Buchenwald though, knew von Braun as the SS
officer and convinced Nazi he used to be during the war.

The Israelis had every reason to resent
John F. Kennedy and they would surely welcome his demise. But that alone does not justify
an operation as risky as the assassination of an American president. Such measures are not
considered, unless they are deemed absolutely necessary. What finally prompted the
Israelis to act, was Kennedy's hardening position on the Dimona issue.
The Israeli nuclear program started
sometime in 1955 as a cooperation with the French. The construction of the Dimona facility
began in 1958. American intelligence was not aware of the project until 1960. America was
then, as it is today, concerned about the proliferation of nuclear weapons. Consequently
the US confronted Israel on that issue. The Israelis claimed that the program was for
civilian use only, and agreed to allow inspections which did indeed took place in 1961.
America did not press the issue at that
time, the inspections were merely friendly visits and followed the rules set by the
Israeli hosts. Kennedy was asking for more transparency on the matter, he did however not
demand it. He saw an issue, but not the urgency to act. That attitude changed dramatically
after the Cuban missile crisis in October 1962. Those events brought the US and the Soviet
Union to the brink of an all out nuclear war. Kennedy and Nikita Khrushchev managed to
avoid disaster, but the experience demonstrated the dangers of nuclear weapons
proliferation. There can't be any doubt, that after October 1962 Kennedy was dead serious
about non proliferation of nuclear weapons.
Israeli prime minister Ben Gurion came
under pressure to disclose all activities at Dimona to the American inspectors. Kennedy
feared that the Soviet's would react to Israeli nuclear ambitions by providing nuclear
weapons to their Arab allies in the middle east. Such a move would lead to a far more
serious crisis then the Cuban missiles.
Ben Gurion was faced with two options: he could either yield to American pressure and
abandon Israel's nuclear ambitions or continue his nuclear weapons program and risk
loosing Americas support. In June 1963 he resigns for "personal reasons" as he
explained. Neither Ben Gurion nor his successor Levi Eshkol were opposed to covert
operations against Britisch American or any other interests, as long as those operations
advanced the cause of "Eretz Israel". Their dispute over the handling of the
Lavon affair indicates though, that Ben Gurion and his accomplice Moshe Dayan were more in
favor of extreme and risky operations then Eshkol's people. That might have played a role
in Ben Gurion's resignation.
On July 5 1963, only five days after Levi Eshkol became prime minister of Israel, US
Ambassador Barbour delivers to him a 3 page letter from president John F. Kennedy. In that
letter Kennedy tells Eshkol, that American support for Israel "could be seriously
jeopardized" if
Israel does not let the United States obtain "reliable information" about
Israel's nuclear program. The Israelis discuss the matter amongst them, and conclude that
they must do something about Kennedy.
The following time-line shows the
chronological order of political events prior to Kennedy's assassination:
1960 December
: CIA
distributes it's findings to other government agencies and the White House. Dimona is
revealed.
1960 December 7
: State
department summons the Israeli ambassador and asks for explanations.
1961 January 10
:
Kennedy takes office and is shortly after briefed on Dimona. He requests from Ben Gurion
to allow inspections of the facility.
1961 May 20
: American
inspection team arrives at Dimona. The inspection is anything but thorough. The official
conclusion is, that the project serves civilian purposes. Doubts remain but Kennedy
doesn't push the issue.
1961 May 30
: Kennedy
meets Ben Gurion. The atmosphere of the meeting is relaxed. The confrontation over Dimona
delayed.
1962 October 16
: US
discovers Soviet nuclear armed missiles on Cuba. The crisis escalates close to an all out
nuclear war between the US and the Soviet Union.
1962 October 28
:
Kennedy and Khrushchev agree on a compromise. The soviets remove their missiles from Cuba
and Kennedy secretly withdraws nuclear tipped US missiles from Turkey. War has been
averted. Kennedy is after those events more determined then ever to prevent the
proliferation of nuclear weapons. Israel comes under increasing US pressure.
1963 June 16
: Ben
Gurion resigns Levi Eshkol succeeds him as prime minister of Israel.
1963 June 26
: Kennedy
gives the "Ich bin ein Berliner" speech in Berlin Germany. From an Israeli
perspective he embraces the perpetrators of the Holocaust. Israel see's Kennedy as an
enemy.
1963 July 5
: Levi
Eshkol receives Kennedy's ultimatum on Dimona. The Israelis opt for action.
The timing of the events shown above does
indeed provide a plausible motive for the Israeli government to take action against John
F. Kennedy. What remains to be examined is, if they had the opportunity to act, and in
what way.
In my opinion, it is absolutely clear,
that Lee Harvey Oswald fired the shots that killed John F. Kennedy on the 22nd of November 1963. Oswald was
arrested the same day. The details of the assassination and Oswald's arrest are not of
importance at the moment. The interesting part is, that two days later, on November 24,
Oswald was shot dead on live TV and while being in police custody by a Jewish strip-club
owner and mobster named Jack Ruby.
Ruby was arrested on the spot, tried and
found guilty of premeditated murder for which he was sentenced to death. Later the verdict
was overturned and a date for a new trial was set. Ruby died from an emphysema related to
rapidly spreading lung cancer before the second trial could take place, and the whole
story was forgotten.
Now, while Ruby was in custody he gave a
few odd statements. At least they seem odd as long as they are not placed within the right
context. Immediately after his arrest he told Dallas police officers, that the American
people will see him as "a hero" and that he has shown to the world that
"the Jews have guts". In a brief statement, that was televised March 1965 Ruby
said:
The world will never know the true facts, of what occurred, my motives. The people who
had so much to gain, and had such an ulterior motive for putting me in the position I'm
in, will never let the true facts come aboveboard to the world.
After he was sentenced, Ruby repeatedly
requested a meeting with members of the Warren commission claiming to have crucial
information, and was repeatedly ignored. Only after his requests were made public by his
sister Eileen, the Warren commission agreed to talk to Ruby. The interview took place in
June 1964 and was conducted by Chief Justice Earl Warren and Gerald R. Ford. Ruby
essentially states that, Nazis have taken over the American government and that those
Nazis killed president Kennedy and are now preparing a second holocaust. Latter he writes
a letter to his brother Earl in which he states:
You must believe what I've been
telling you for the past two and a half years. If you only would have believed me all
along you would have found some way to check out what I said. You would have saved Israel,
but now they are doomed, because they think the U.S. are for them, but they are wrong
because Johnson wants to see them slaughtered and tortured...
Earl I know what I am talking about, and I'm
sure you think that I'm crazy. But don't forget the jury found me sane, so I'm not crazy
anymore! If you know your family is gone, then you know that all is lost and you can't
save anything. But you still may be able to save Israel. By getting to Miami either
hitch-hike or some-way. You won't be able to fly because they will be watching for you.
From Miami you must find a way to Cuba, by pretending to rent a boat to go fishing, and
get to Cuba someway. From there you must find a way to Russia. Then you tell the Russians
how Egypt has been using them all along, but they are much closer to Johnson, because of
what is happening to the Jews in the U.S. Then they will understand what kind of person
Johnson is, and then they may be able to save Israel. Russia will then be in a position to
tell Johnson, that their first move if any trouble starts is not to bomb the U.S ., but to
wipe out Germany, that one thing Johnson don't want to happen, because he is counting on
them to be the master race, also all the other former Axis partners South America, Egypt,
Italy and Japan.
Jack Ruby was a thug, not particularly interested in politics. He had good connections
to the Dallas Police and he obviously enjoyed more liberties then an ordinary law abiding
American. There is nothing in his social surroundings to account for this paranoia. This
kind of sentiment was common among the Israeli Zionists during Kennedy's presidency
though. Ruby's statements are a reflection of Israeli Zionist attitudes. Here is what Jack
Ruby was told:
Nazis established an underground government and control
America.
Lee Harvey Oswald killed Kennedy on behalf of the
secret Nazi government
Oswald follows the Nazi master plan and is going to
blame Kennedy's assassination on the Jews, and enable the Nazis to openly prosecute Jews.
Jack Ruby has to eliminate Oswald, and save the Jews
from Nazi prosecution.
Lee Harvey Oswald on the other hand, with his ambition to become a big time revolutionary,
is told that his actions against a fascist US government serve the cause of the communist,
and especially, the Cuban revolution. The reality though is, that both men, Ruby and
Oswald receive their instructions from Israeli agent Michael Paine.
Michael Paine had a Jewish family background and was associated with communist
organizations in the US. His wife Ruth spoke Russian and was involved in organizing visits
from communist eastern Europe to the US. Both were ACLU activists. Michael Paine had
nevertheless some kind of security clearance since he was working for the defense
industry.
Paine's initial assignment was twofold: for one, to gather intelligence about defence
related technology. The other part of his job was to track Nazi scientists which were
taken to the US during operation "PAPERCLIP" and were now leading figures in
Americas defence Industry.
The fact that he worked for Bell
Helicopters in Fort Worth and that his boss was the prominent ex Nazi scientist Walter
Dornberger supports the above hypothesis. Paine's connection to George de Mohrenschildt
does so as well.
De Mohrenschildt was a Russian immigrant
who claimed that he was involved in a Nazi sponsored plot to kill Stalin. When he came to
the US though, in 1938, he started working for the Jewish owned Shumaker company in New
York under the French Jew Pierre Fraiss who had contacts to French Intelligence. There are
some indications, that De Mohrenschildt was gathering information about pro-German
activities in the US on behalf of Fraiss and the French.
When Lee Harvey Oswald returned to the US
after his time in Russia, he was approached by George de Mohrenschildt. It was de
Mohreschildt, who introduced the Oswald's to Russian immigrants in the Dallas area and to
Ruth and Michael Paine. The Paine's and the Oswald's developed and maintained a
suspiciously close relation throughout the time leading to Kennedy's assassination.
By 1963 the higher ranks of Americas
intelligence agencies and of the US defence Industry were heavily populated with Germans.
The country was led by Kennedy, a president with an Irish Catholic and allegedly
anti-Semitic family background. This president speaks in Hitler's capital, in Berlin, end
expresses solidarity with the Germans. To top it all up, after the Cuban Missile crisis,
Kennedy becomes an obstacle to Israeli nuclear ambitions. Israel's agents in the US are
advised to act.
Their goal was to weaken America and
cause unrest within Americas borders. That would focus American attention to internal
matters and away from Israeli ambitions. The Zionist's followed the very same strategy, by
which their Jewish-Bolshevik forefathers conquered Imperial Russia. Israel's agents in
America did everything to:
Agitate opposition to Americas
involvement in the Vietnam war by using Jewish control of the mass media.
Agitate existing tensions along social,
ethnic, religious and racial lines. This effort was coordinated by the ACLU and other
Jewish funded non governmental organizations .
Fuel mistrust and suspicion by the
assassination of high profile figures in every camp.
Mobilize and organize mass protests and
demonstrations.
Lee Harvey Oswald knows Michael Paine as
a communist activist, he has no knowledge whatsoever of Paine's loyalties to Israel. Paine
intents to utilize Oswald in the assassination of the segregationist anti-communist
General Edwin Walker. The attempt on Walker failed, but if it had succeeded it would
surely have mobilized segregationists and cause same type of unrest. After Kennedy's
intention to visit Dallas becomes known, Paine hatches the plan for the assassination of
the president and brings Oswald, his triggerman, in position by helping him to get the job
at the Dallas School Book Repository. The time-line demonstrates the plausibility of this
hypothesis:

: Lee and
Marina Oswald return from Minsk They move to Fort Worth and stay with Lee's older brother
Robert Oswald.
1962 October
: Lee and
Marina Oswald meet the de Mohrenschildt's
1963 February
: The
Oswald's are introduced to Michael and Ruth Paine by George de Mohrenschildt.
1963 March
: Oswald
orders a Mannlicher-Carcano rifle by mail from Klein's sporting good's. He receives the
rifle and a pistol he had ordered previously in the same month.
1963 April 10
: Oswald
attempts the assassination of General Walker using the Mannlicher rifle. The attempt
fails. Marina Oswald latter states that George de Mohrenschildt knew of Lee's intentions
concerning Walker.
1963 April 24
: Lee
moves to New Orleans while Marina Oswald moves into the Paine's home.
1963 May 11
: Marina
Joins Lee in New Orleans
1963 August 9
: Lee is
arrested in New Orleans over a confrontation with anti-Castro Cubans which confronted him
for distributing pro-Castro leaflets. Lee is literarily advertising his Cuban communist
sentiments.
1963 September 23
:
Ruth Paine pick's up Marina Oswald and her possesions in New Orleans and drives her to the
Paine home in Dallas. Lee stays in New Orleans from where he departs for Mexico two days
latter. The Mannlicher Rifle must have been taken to the Paine's home in Dallas by Ruth
Paine. It is very unlikely that Lee took the rifle with him on his trip to Mexico.
1963 September 25
: Lee
departs from New Orleans on his way to Mexico city. At that point in time, the plans for
Kennedy's assassination are already laid out. The Manlicher-Carcano is safely stored in
the Paine's Garage, taken there by Ruth Paine. Lee is heading to the Cuban embassy in
Mexico with the intension to obtain a visa and thereby secure his escape route to Cuba.
1963 September 27
: Lee
arrives at the Cuban embassy in Mexico city. He flashes his communist party membership
card and expects VIP treatment, he firmly believes that he is working for the Cuban
government. The Cubans are not impressed, they are suspicious of Lee. He shuttles between
the Cuban and Russian embassies. He's desperate to secure his visa for Cuba quickly. After
trying to do so for five days, he gets in to an argument with stuff of the Cuban embassy
and is asked to leave.
1963 October 3
: Lee
arrives in Dallas after his departure from Mexico city. It is during that time that he
talks to Marina about hijacking an airplane to Cuba. He also tells her that some day he
would become the prime minister of Cuba.
1963 October 16
: Lee's
first day at work at the Dallas school book repository. Lee got the job due to the efforts
of Ruth Paine.
1963 October 18
: The
Cuban embassy approves Lee's visa application. Seemingly somebody worked behind the scenes
to resolve this issue. Lee obtains his visa and secures his escape route in time for the
Kennedy assassination.
1963 November 22
: In
the morning of this day, a few hours prior to the assassination, Michael Paine was
discussing the "character of assassins", according to one of Michael's coworkers
named Dave Noel.
1963 November 22
: Lee
Harvey Oswald retrieved the Mannlicher rifle from the Paine's garage sometime prior to
this day. At 12:30 pm Lee aims his rifle from the Dallas school book Repository at fatally
wounds president John F. Kennedy. Lee is able to flee the scene. Approximately at 1:15 pm
Lee encounters Dallas police officer Tippit, Lee shots and kills Tippit with a pistol.
1963 November 22
:
Oswald is arrested and charged with the murder of Officer Tippit. The Murder weapon
(pistol) is found on Oswald. A coworker of Michael Paine by the name Frank Krystinik told
the Warren commission, that as the news of Oswald's arrest came through he overheard
Michael Paine saying something along the lines: "That stupid ....... he is not even
supposed to have a gun".
1963 November 24
: Lee
Harvey Oswald is shoot and killed by Jack Ruby. On life TV and while in police custody.
It is noteworthy that Lee Harvey Oswald
becomes active after he meet's the Paine's. Without the Paine's it would be impossible for
Lee to be in the Dallas School Book Repository at the time of Kennedy's visit to Dallas.
The rifle used by Lee was stored at the Paine's Home in Dallas. Most of Lee's actions
depended on aid from the Paine's.
It is in my opinion clear, that Michael
Paine was the head of the whole operation. Ruth Paine and George de Mohrenschildt were his
coconspirators. Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby were the triggerman. Lee was convinced
that he acted on behalf of Cuban communists. His pro Cuba activism and the attention it
got were meant to establish a Cuban Connection.
Michael and Ruth Paine
The plan was that Lee escapes to Cuba and causes a
confrontation between the US and Cuba which would distract America from Israel's
activities in the middle east. The plan failed as Lee got caught after he killed officer
Tippit. That explains Michael Paine's reaction to Oswald's arrest as it has been stated by
Krystinik.
Michael Paine has to improvise and that's where Jack
Ruby with his connections to the Dallas police department enters the plot. Ruby as a Jew
was easily convinced of the grave danger Oswald and his alleged Nazi backer's posed for
Israel and the Jews. So he kills Lee Harvey Oswald. Ruby was a big mouth and at the end he
couldn't help but come out with his story about saving Israel and the Jews. Ruby's
statements create a connection between Kennedy's assassination and Israel. Interestingly,
neither the media nor the Warren commission deem it necessary to pay or draw attention to
Ruby's statements.
The plan to kill Kennedy and blame the Cubans for it
matches Israeli tactics. There are at least two well known incidents where Israel attacked
Westerners and tried to have others blamed for the attacks. The Israeli agents who carried
explosives into the King David Hotel in 1946 were dressed as Arabs. The goal of the Lavon
affair was to attack western interests in Arab countries and have the Arabs being blamed
for the attacks. The fact that Israeli intelligence isn't shy when it comes to the
assassination of a western head of state was shown by the failed attempt on German
Chancellor Konrad Adenauer in 1952.
The position of Michael Paine and his connection to
George de Mohrenschildt complies with Israeli efforts at that time, to uncover and
apprehend ex Nazis every where in the world. Including the United States.
What matters the most though is, that no one gained
more from the developments that followed Kennedy's assassination then Israel and the Jews.
The climate of suspicion in the US that resulted from the assassination created civil
unrest. The ones who emerge strengthened from this struggle are the American Jews.
Kennedy's successor Lyndon B. Johnson establishes
Americas "special relation" to the state of Israel and then he goes on
pretending to fight communism in Vietnam. Meanwhile he implements communist legislature in
the US, and allows organizations with strong affiliations to communism to roam American
cities freely.
At the end Israel gained the Bomb while America lost
her decency, her identity, her integrity and as a consequence the war in Vietnam. America
was not defeated by the Vietcong, she was beaten by the Jewish lawyers of the ACLU and the
propaganda of Sergei Eisenstein's pupils in Hollywood. Those are a few simple truths i
hold to be self evident.
What you're about to read will probably shock some of you. It is not my intent to inflame
anyone. My only purpose in making this available, is to wake Americans up so that they can
see the truth concerning our beloved President, who died trying to protect America. In
many way's President Kennedy has been forgotten
and slandered by a media that refuses to look at some very hard evidence. All the while
this same media has put President Kennedy's personal life on display in a negative way
since the day he was murdered. I for one am sick of a biased one sided media who's power
has corrupted the many. There can be no justice until all of the facts are allowed even
and unbiased coverage. You will see two such examples in this story, where the media has
refused to help those who seek the truth. It seems that the media has aligned itself with
those who call themselves the chosen and it appears that nothing, no matter how factual,
that may point fingers at the so called chosen, is worthy of investigation according to
the media. Most book publishers are also being biased and some writers who have written
books concerning the assassination, have had to publish with the free press just to get
their books out to the public. If you love America, you should read this and then ask
yourself why the media doesn't want certain things to ever see the light of day. John
Kennedy believed in freedom of speech and we must not let anyone take that away from us.

Kennedy was in the process of changing our money system. He wanted to do away with the
federal reserve...which rips off the American taxpayers and puts billions of dollars into
the International Bankers pockets. Later you will learn who these international bankers
are and understand what I mean. Someone made millions in stock options shortly after
Kennedy's murder...an old trick of the International Bankers. Remember the PUT options on
airlines right before 9/11 that has since been revealed?
President Kennedy and his brother Bobby were both very active in fighting the mob and
those suspected of communism. The Mob has ties to the International Bankers. Have you ever
heard of the so called Russian Mafia (actually Jewish for the most part)? The Russian
Mafia works every vice you can imagine and Florida is one location they operate out of
heavily. Of course, Florida is a prime location for drug smuggling. You will read an

The time was ripe for change in America and some who helped elect Kennedy found out they
couldn't control him. I believe that in the beginning Kennedy went along with certain
things thinking it was just business as usual. When he found out about certain criminal
activity...due to the power of his office and the fact that his brother was the acting
Attorney General...Kennedy started a real war against terror. Not like today's charade in
the Middle East, where our sons will fight and die to destroy Israel's enemies.
Kennedy was also alarmed by Israel's nuclear program and Jewish power controlling all of
our major media.

activity within our government was set up to be murdered by criminal elements within our

right trail of conspirators...but probably never would have been able to bring them to
justice...because some very powerful people were behind this murder and cover-up. Garrison
was pursuing a man by the name of Clay Shaw. Remember where Clay Shaw worked? Shaw worked
at the Trade Mart in New Orleans and the Trade Mart was linked to the Permindex corp,
which was a front for the Israeli Mossad and also had ties to Jewish Mafia boss Meyer
Lansky as Author of "Final Judgment" Michael Collins Piper discovered. Shaw had
knowledge of the facts pertaining to Kennedy's murder...you can bet on that. Shaw may not
have known the whole story behind the assassination, but he could have lead investigators
in the right direction if Garrisons work had of been supported by our government and the
major media.
Think about the change that took place in every white European country in the 60's after
Kennedy's death. The conspirator's plan was for the whole world... not just America. We
were all set up for socialism (a communist form of government and a Jewish ideology as in
the over-throw of Russia in 1917). Some refer to it as divide and conquer. By destroying a
nations unity, the conspirators can put their corrupt system in place. The conspirators
had to murder Kennedy to achieve their bloody goal.
The Russian Revolution
President Kennedy got in the way of the conspirator's plans and tried to keep America a
sovereign nation ruled by our constitution. The conspirators wanted a one world order and
started working hot and heavy on the plan right after Kennedy's murder. Lyndon Baine
Johnson immediately reversed many of the workings of President Kennedy.
The liberal Senator Ted Kennedy (under the direction of the ADL or Jewish Anti Defamation
League) authored a bill that opened the flood gates to 3rd world immigration so as to
overthrow the white majority rule in the years ahead. Combine this with all of the
programs designed
to give minorities a free ride and taxpayer sponsored breeding, well you can see the
effects this will have in the future. Minorities vote for liberal Democrats who in turn
vote for programs that are against our Constitution and that destroy our countries
foundation. The fact is, this country was founded by a group of old White guys with White
European values. I often hear the oft misquoted phrase that we are a nation of immigrants.
While that's true to the extent that we were a nation of European immigrants, not
Africans, Mexicans, Cubans and other third worlders.
Our country's greatness was designed by brave Europeans who broke away from the rule of
Britain. Our Forefathers never intended to make America a melting pot for all the third
world countries of the world.

President by default Johnson, under the influence of insiders signed the treasonous un
civil rights act that would breed the minority into powerful socialist votes in the future

power in all nations. The sad part is that un-suspecting, mostly liberal white politicians

participation in slavery. So these White politicians jumped on board the liberal boat to
destroy our basic American foundations and turn us into a cesspool of minority crime and
decadence, which has no value to America's White European culture. No one was against
equal voting rights and so forth, but special programs that have give preference to
minorities and discriminate against whites is nothing but reverse discrimination and
socialism. Once minorities are the majority, do you think they will make laws that give us
Whites special consideration? If you believe so, you're just plain ole stupid.
Bobby Kennedy would have opened up the investigation of his brothers murder if he had of
come into power as President (Which we all know he would have). The conspirators couldn't
risk this, so strangely he ended up murdered before he could reach power. President by
default Johnson instructed the FBI and other agencies to investigate all persons that were
looking into the assassination. Johnson for some reason wanted the Warren Commission story
to be the final word about Kennedy's murder. What does all of this I have presented so far
have in common? Simple...like (the Jew) Ruby said...no one would ever know or believe the
real truth and anyone that gets close to the truth is called some ignorant name the
liberals and Jews dreamed up to make people fear telling the truth. Names like racist or
anti Semite are the words of choice for the controllers when they want to put a truth
teller on edge and hush the flow of truthful information . There is a bill in Congress
right this moment, authored by the ADL, that is called a hate crime bill. This bill is
just another attempt to destroy freedom of speech and keep the Jewish lies of
history...forever hidden. This is the very way these conspirators work, they take small
bites out of our freedoms until soon the only freedom left will be the politically correct
kind. That's where you agree with them or go to jail.

Kennedy dragged his feet on the civil rights issue. Kennedy was a fair man, but he would

It's strange that a family as rich as the Kennedy family is... cannot see the truth. Maybe
the family just doesn't want to see the truth. After all... the way the conspirators work
is if you get out of line...they murder, dig up dirt, start a major scandal or some other
clever trick. Politicians who go against their wishes usually find themselves without any
coverage in the media and if they do get any coverage, it's all negative. These Jews have
been blackmailing politicians for a long time and there are plenty of stories to back up
what I'm saying.
I know many people are going to call me names over this but frankly I don't care. I
believe in the constitution and freedom of speech. I believe what I have seen and observed
in 44 years of life. I think Hitler was right about many things concerning the evil and
greed of communist Jews...as a decent Jewish man "Benjamin Freedman" will show
us. Not all Jews take part in these liberal communist ideas and some even speak out
against the same things as I do. Nonetheless, many Jews do take part and have learned how
to control people with religion and their powerful ownership of the media plus the power
of the purse.
I had great respect for President Kennedy, he was a real American patriot and it's my hope
that one day soon his murderer's will be exposed for the scum that they are. You can help

A Jewish Defector Warns America

individuals of the 20th century. Mr. Freedman, born in 1890, was a successful Jewish
businessman of New York City who was at one time the principal owner of the Woodbury Soap
Company. He broke with organized Jewry after the Judeo-Communist victory of 1945, and
spent the remainder of his life and the great preponderance of his considerable fortune,
at least 2.5 million dollars, exposing the Jewish tyranny which has enveloped the United
States. Mr. Freedman knew what he was talking about because he had been an insider at the
highest levels of Jewish organizations and Jewish machinations to gain power over our
nation. Mr. Freedman was personally acquainted with Bernard Baruch, Samuel Untermyer,
Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Roosevelt, Joseph Kennedy, and John F. Kennedy, and many more
movers and shakers of our times. This speech was given before a patriotic audience in 1961
at the Willard Hotel in Washington, D.C., on behalf of Conde McGinley's patriotic
newspaper of that time, Common Sense. Though in some minor ways this wide-ranging and

HERE IN THE UNITED STATES, the Zionists and their co-religionists have complete control of
our government. For many reasons, too many and too complex to go into here at this time,
the Zionists and their co-religionists rule these United States as though they were the
absolute monarchs of this country. Now you may say that is a very broad statement, but let
me show you what happened while we were all asleep.
What happened? World War I broke out in the summer of 1914. There are few people here my
age who remember that. Now that war was waged on one side by Great Britain, France, and
Russia; and on the other side by Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Turkey.
Within two years Germany had won that war: not only won it nominally, but won it actually.
The German submarines, which were a surprise to the world, had swept all the convoys from
the Atlantic Ocean.
Great Britain stood there without ammunition for her soldiers, with one week's food supply
-- and after that, starvation. At that time, the French army had mutinied. They had lost
600,000 of the flower of French youth in the defense of Verdun on the Somme. The Russian
army was defecting, they were picking up their toys and going home, they didn't want to
play war anymore, they didn't like the Czar. And the Italian army had collapsed.
Not a shot had been fired on German soil. Not one enemy soldier had crossed the border
into Germany. And yet, Germany was offering England peace terms. They offered England a
negotiated peace on what the lawyers call a status quo ante basis. That means: "Let's
call the war off, and let room. There was absolutely no reason for World War I to be our
war. We were railroaded into -- if I can be vulgar, we were suckered into -- that war
merely so that the Zionists of the world could obtain Palestine. That is something that
the people of the United States have never been told. They never knew why we went into
World War I.
After we got into the war, the Zionists went to Great Britain and they said: "Well,
we performed our part of the agreement. Let's have something in writing that shows that
you are going to keep your bargain and give us Palestine after you win the war." They
didn't know whether the war would last another year or another ten years. So they started
to work out a receipt. The receipt took the form of a letter, which was worded in very
cryptic language so that the world at large wouldn't know what it was all about. And that
was called the Balfour Declaration.
The Balfour Declaration was merely Great Britain's promise to pay the Zionists what they
had agreed upon as a consideration for getting the United States into the war. So this
great Balfour Declaration, that you hear so much about, is just as phony as a three dollar
bill. I don't think I could make it more emphatic than that.
That is where all the trouble started. The United States got in the war. The United States
crushed Germany. You know what happened. When the war ended, and the Germans went to Paris
for the Paris Peace Conference in 1919 there were 117 Jews there, as a delegation
representing the Jews, headed by Bernard Baruch. I was there: I ought to know. Now what
happened? The Jews at that peace conference, when they were cutting up Germany and
parceling out Europe to all these nations who claimed a right to a certain part of
European territory, said, "How about Palestine for us?" And they produced, for
the first time to the knowledge of the Germans, this Balfour Declaration. So the Germans,
for the first time realized, "Oh, so that was the game!
That's why the United States came into the war." The Germans for the first time
realized that they were defeated, they suffered the terrific reparations that were slapped
onto them, because the Zionists wanted Palestine and were determined to get it at any
cost.
That brings us to another very interesting point. When the Germans realized this, they
naturally resented it. Up to that time, the Jews had never been better off in any country
in the world than they had been in Germany. You had Mr. Rathenau there, who was maybe 100
times as important in industry and finance as is Bernard Baruch in this country. You had
Mr. Balin, who owned the two big steamship lines, the North German Lloyd's and the
Hamburg-American Lines. You had Mr. Bleichroder, who was the banker for the Hohenzollern
family. You had the Warburgs in Hamburg, who were the big merchant bankers -- the biggest
in the world. The Jews were doing very well in Germany. No question about that. The
Germans felt: "Well, that was quite a sellout."
It was a sellout that might be compared to this hypothetical situation: Suppose the United
States was at war with the Soviet Union. And we were winning. And we told the Soviet
Union: "Well, let's quit. We offer you peace terms. Let's forget the whole
thing." And all of a sudden Red China came into the war as an ally of the Soviet
Union. And throwing them into the war brought about our defeat. A crushing defeat, with
reparations the likes of which man's imagination cannot encompass. Imagine, then, after
that defeat, if we found out that it was the Chinese in this country, our Chinese
citizens, who all the time we had thought were loyal citizens working with us, were
selling us out to the Soviet Union and that it was through them that Red China was brought
into the war against us. How would we feel, then, in the United States against Chinese? I
don't think that one of them would dare show his face on any street. There wouldn't be
enough convenient lampposts to take care of them. Imagine how we would feel.
Well, that's how the Germans felt towards these Jews. They'd been so nice to them: from
1905 on, when the first Communist revolution in Russia failed, and the Jews had to
scramble out of Russia, they all went to Germany. And Germany gave them refuge. And they
were treated very nicely. And here they had sold Germany down the river for no reason at
all other than the fact that they wanted Palestine as a so-called "Jewish
commonwealth."
Now Nahum Sokolow, and all the great leaders and great names that you read about in
connection with Zionism today, in 1919, 1920, 1921, 1922, and 1923 wrote in all their
papers -- and the press was filled with their statements -- that the feeling against the
Jews in Germany is due to the fact that they realized that this great defeat was brought
about by Jewish intercession in bringing the United States into the war. The Jews
themselves admitted that. It wasn't that the Germans in 1919 discovered that a glass of
Jewish blood tasted better than Coca-Cola or Muenschner Beer. There was no religious
feeling. There was no sentiment against those people merely on account of their religious
belief. It was all political. It was economic. It was anything but religious. Nobody cared
in Germany whether a Jew went home and pulled down the shades and said "Shema'
Yisroel" or "Our Father." Nobody cared in Germany any more than they do in
the United States. Now this feeling that developed later in Germany was due to one thing:
the Germans held the Jews responsible for their crushing defeat.
And World War I had been started against Germany for no reason for which Germany was
responsible. They were guilty of nothing. Only of being successful. They built up a big
navy.
They built up world trade. You must remember that Germany at the time of the French
Revolution consisted of 300 small city-states, principalities, dukedoms, and so forth.
Three hundred separate little political entities. And between that time, between the times
of Napoleon and Bismarck, they were consolidated into one state. And within 50 years they
became one of the world's great powers. Their navy was rivalling Great Britain's, they
were doing business all over the world, they could undersell anybody, they could make
better products. What happened as a result of that?
There was a conspiracy between England, France, and Russia to slap down Germany. There
isn't one historian in the world who can find a valid reason why those three countries
decided to wipe Germany off the map politically.
When Germany realized that the Jews were responsible for her defeat, they naturally
resented it. But not a hair on the head of any Jew was harmed. Not a single hair.
Professor Tansill, of Georgetown University, who had access to all the secret papers of
the State Department, wrote in his book, and quoted from a State Department document
written by Hugo Schoenfelt, a Jew whom Cordell Hull sent to Europe in 1933 to investigate
the so-called camps of political prisoners, who wrote back that he found them in very fine
condition. They were in excellent shape, with everybody treated well. And they were filled
with Communists. Well, a lot of them were Jews, because the Jews happened to comprise
about 98 per cent of the Communists in Europe at that time. And there were some priests
there, and ministers, and labor leaders, and Masons, and others who had international
affiliations.
Some background is in order: In 1918-1919 the Communists took over Bavaria for a few days.
Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht and a group of other Jews took over the government for
three days. In fact, when the Kaiser ended the war he fled to Holland because he thought
the Communists were going to take over Germany as they did Russia and that he was going to
meet the same fate as the Czar. So he fled to Holland for safety, for security. After the
Communist threat in Germany was quashed, the Jews were still working, trying to get back
into their former status, and the Germans fought them in every way they could without
hurting a single hair on anyone's head. They fought them the same way that, in this
country, the Prohibitionists fought anyone who was interested in liquor. They didn't fight
one another with pistols. Well, that's the way they were fighting the Jews in Germany. And
at that time, mind you, there were 80 to 90 million Germans, and there were only 460,000
Jews. About one half of one per cent of the population of Germany were Jews. And yet they
controlled all the press, and they controlled most of the economy because they had come in
with cheap money when the mark was devalued and bought up practically everything.
The Jews tried to keep a lid on this fact. They didn't want the world to really understand
that they had sold out Germany, and that the Germans resented that.
The Germans took appropriate action against the Jews. They, shall I say, discriminated
against them wherever they could. They shunned them. The same way that we would shun the
Chinese, or the Negroes, or the Catholics, or anyone in this country who had sold us out
to an enemy and brought about our defeat.
After a while, the Jews of the world called a meeting in Amsterdam. Jews from every
country in the world attended this meeting in July 1933. And they said to Germany:
"You fire Hitler, and you put every Jew back into his former position, whether he was
a Communist or no matter what he was. You can't treat us that way. And we, the Jews of the
world, are serving an ultimatum upon you." You can imagine what the Germans told
them. So what did the Jews do?
In 1933, when Germany refused to surrender to the world conference of Jews in Amsterdam,
the conference broke up, and Mr. Samuel Untermyer, who was the head of the American
delegation and the president of the whole conference, came to the United States and went
from the steamer to the studios of the Columbia Broadcasting System and made a radio
broadcast throughout the United States in which he in effect said, "The Jews of the
world now declare a Holy War against Germany. We are now engaged in a sacred conflict
against the Germans. And we are going to starve them into surrender. We are going to use a
world-wide boycott against them. That will destroy them because they are dependent upon
their export business." And it is a fact that two thirds of Germany's food supply had
to be imported, and it could only be imported with the proceeds of what they exported. So
if Germany could not export, two thirds of Germany's population would have to starve.
There was just not enough food for more than one third of the population. Now in this
declaration, which I have here, and which was printed in the New York Times on August 7,
1933, Mr. Samuel Untermyer boldly stated that "this economic boycott is our means of
self-defense. President Roosevelt has advocated its use in the National Recovery
Administration," which some of you may remember, where everybody was to be boycotted
unless he followed the rules laid down by the New Deal, and which was declared
unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of that time. Nevertheless, the Jews of the world
declared a boycott against Germany, and it was so effective that you couldn't find one
thing in any store anywhere in the world with the words "made in Germany" on it.
In fact, an executive of the Woolworth Company told me that they had to dump millions of
dollars worth of crockery and dishes into the river; that their stores were boycotted if
anyone came in and found a dish marked "made in Germany," they were picketed
with signs saying "Hitler," "murderer," and so forth, something like
these sit-ins that are taking place in the South. At a store belonging to the R. H. Macy
chain, which was controlled by a family called Strauss who also happen to be Jews, a woman
found stockings there which came from Chemnitz, marked "made in Germany." Well,
they were cotton stockings and they may have been there 20 years, since I've been
observing women's legs for many years and it's been a long time since I've seen any cotton
stockings on them. I saw Macy's boycotted, with hundreds of people walking around with
signs saying "murderers," "Hitlerites," and so forth. Now up to that
time, not one hair on the head of any Jew had been hurt in Germany. There was no
suffering, there was no starvation, there was no murder, there was nothing.
Naturally, the Germans said, "Who are these people to declare a boycott against us
and throw all our people out of work, and make our industries come to a standstill? Who
are they to do that to us?" They naturally resented it. Certainly they painted
swastikas on stores owned by Jews. Why should a German go in and give his money to a
storekeeper who was part of a boycott that was going to starve Germany into surrendering
to the Jews of the world, who were going to dictate who their premier or chancellor was to
be? Well, it was ridiculous.
The boycott continued for some time, but it wasn't until 1938, when a young Jew from
Poland walked into the German embassy in Paris and shot a German official, that the
Germans really started to get rough with the Jews in Germany. And you found them then
breaking windows and having street fights and so forth.
Now I don't like to use the word "anti-Semitism" because it's meaningless, but
it means something to you still, so I'll have to use it. The only reason that there was
any feeling in Germany against Jews was that they were responsible for World War I and for
this world-wide boycott. Ultimately they were also responsible for World War II, because
after this thing got out of hand, it was absolutely necessary for the Jews and Germany to
lock horns in a war to see which one was going to survive.
In the meanwhile, I had lived in Germany, and I knew that the Germans had decided that
Europe is going to be Christian or Communist: there is no in between. And the Germans
decided they were going to keep it Christian if possible. And they started to re-arm.
In November 1933 the United States recognized the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union was
becoming very powerful, and Germany realized that "Our turn was going to come soon,
unless we are strong." The same as we in this country are saying today, "Our
turn is going to come soon, unless we are strong." Our government is spending 83 or
84 billion dollars for defense.
Defense against whom? Defense against 40,000 little Jews in Moscow that took over Russia,
and then, in their devious ways, took over control of many other countries of the world.
For this country now to be on the verge of a Third World War, from which we cannot emerge
a victor, is something that staggers my imagination. I know that nuclear bombs are
measured in terms of megatons. A megaton is a term used to describe one million tons of
TNT. Our nuclear bombs had a capacity of 10 megatons, or 10 million tons of TNT, when they
were first developed. Now, the nuclear bombs that are being developed have a capacity of
200 megatons, and God knows how many megatons the nuclear bombs of the Soviet Union have.
What do we face now? If we trigger a world war that may develop into a nuclear war,
humanity is finished. Why might such a war take place? It will take place as the curtain
goes up on Act 3: Act 1 was World War I, Act 2 was World War II, Act 3 is going to be
World War III. The Jews of the world, the Zionists and their co-religionists everywhere,
are determined that they are going to again use the United States to help them permanently
retain Palestine as their foothold for their world government. That is just as true as I
am standing here. Not alone have I read it, but many here have also read it, and it is
known all over the world.
What are we going to do? The life you save may be your son's. Your boys may be on their
way to that war tonight; and you you don't know it any more than you knew that in 1916 in
London the Zionists made a deal with the British War Cabinet to send your sons to war in
Europe. Did you know it at that time? Not a person in the United States knew it. You
weren't permitted to know it.
Who knew it? President Wilson knew it. Colonel House knew it. Other insiders knew it.
Did I know it? I had a pretty good idea of what was going on: I was liaison to Henry
Morgenthau, Sr., in the 1912 campaign when President Wilson was elected, and there was
talk around the office there. I was "confidential man" to Henry Morgenthau, Sr.,
who was chairman of the finance committee, and I was liaison between him and Rollo Wells,
the treasurer. So I sat in these meetings with President Wilson at the head of the table,
and all the others, and I heard them drum into President Wilson's brain the graduated
income tax and what has become the Federal Reserve, and I heard them indoctrinate him with
the Zionist movement. Justice Brandeis and President Wilson were just as close as the two
fingers on this hand. President Woodrow Wilson was just as incompetent when it came to
determining what was going on as a newborn baby.
That is how they got us into World War I, while we all slept. They sent our boys over
there to be slaughtered. For what? So the Jews can have Palestine as their
"commonwealth." They've fooled you so much that you don't know whether you're
coming or going.
Now any judge, when he charges a jury, says, "Gentlemen, any witness who you find has
told a single lie, you can disregard all his testimony." I don't know what state you
come from, but in New York state that is the way a judge addresses a jury. If that witness
told one lie, disregard his testimony.
What are the facts about the Jews? (I call them Jews to you, because they are known as
Jews. I don't call them Jews myself. I refer to them as so-called Jews, because I know
what they are.) The eastern European Jews, who form 92 per cent of the world's population
of those people who call themselves Jews, were originally Khazars. They were a warlike
tribe who lived deep in the heart of Asia. And they were so warlike that even the Asiatics
drove them out of Asia into eastern Europe. They set up a large Khazar kingdom of 800,000
square miles. At the time, Russia did not exist, nor did many other European countries.
The Khazar kingdom was the biggest country in all Europe -- so big and so powerful that
when the other monarchs wanted to go to war, the Khazars would lend them 40,000 soldiers.
That's how big and powerful they were.
They were phallic worshippers, which is filthy and I do not want to go into the details of
that now.
But that was their religion, as it was also the religion of many other pagans and
barbarians elsewhere in the world. The Khazar king became so disgusted with the degeneracy
of his kingdom that he decided to adopt a so-called monotheistic faith -- either
Christianity, Islam, or what is known today as Judaism, which is really Talmudism. By
spinning a top, and calling out "eeny, meeny, miney, moe," he picked out
so-called Judaism. And that became the state religion. He sent down to the Talmudic
schools of Pumbedita and Sura and brought up thousands of rabbis, and opened up synagogues
and schools, and his people became what we call Jews. There wasn't one of them who had an
ancestor who ever put a toe in the Holy Land.
Not only in Old Testament history, but back to the beginning of time. Not one of them! And
yet they come to the Christians and ask us to support their armed insurrections in
Palestine by saying, "You want to help repatriate God's Chosen People to their
Promised Land, their ancestral home, don't you? It's your Christian duty. We gave you one
of our boys as your Lord and Savior.
You now go to church on Sunday, and you kneel and you worship a Jew, and we're Jews."
But they are pagan Khazars who were converted just the same as the Irish were converted.
It is as ridiculous to call them "people of the Holy Land," as it would be to
call the 54 million Chinese Moslems "Arabs." Mohammed only died in 620 A.D., and
since then 54 million Chinese have accepted Islam as their religious belief. Now imagine,
in China, 2,000 miles away from Arabia, from Mecca and Mohammed's birthplace. Imagine if
the 54 million Chinese decided to call themselves "Arabs." You would say they

All they did was adopt as a religious faith a belief that had its origin in Mecca, in

JFK vs. The Federal Reserve
On June 4, 1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, was
signed with the authority to basically strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan
money to the United States Federal Government at interest. With the stroke of a pen,
President Kennedy declared that the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank would soon be out
of business. The Christian Common Law Institute has exhaustively researched this matter
through the Federal Register and Library of Congress. We can now safely conclude that this
Executive Order has never been repealed, amended, or superceded by any subsequent
Executive Order. In simple terms, it is still valid.
When President John Fitzgerald Kennedy - the author of Profiles in Courage - signed this
Order, it returned to the federal government, specifically the Treasury Department, the
Constitutional power to create and issue currency - money - without going through the
privately owned Federal Reserve Bank. President Kennedy's Executive Order 11110 [the full
text is displayed further below] gave the Treasury Department the explicit authority:
"to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver
dollars in the Treasury."
This means that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury's vault, the government
could introduce new money into circulation based on the silver bullion physically held
there. As a result, more than $4 billion in United States Notes were brought into
circulation in $2 and $5 denominations. $10 and $20 United States Notes were never
circulated but were being printed by the Treasury Department when Kennedy was assasinated.
It appears obvious that President Kennedy knew the Federal Reserve Notes being used as the
purported legal currency were contrary to the Constitution of the United States of
America. "United States Notes" were issued as an interest-free and debt-free
currency backed by silver reserves in the U.S. Treasury.
President Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963 and the United States Notes he had
issued were immediately taken out of circulation. Federal Reserve Notes continued to serve
as the legal currency of the nation. According to the United States Secret Service, 99% of
all U.S. paper "currency" circulating in 1999 are Federal Reserve Notes.
Kennedy knew that if the silver-backed United States Notes were widely circulated, they
would have eliminated the demand for Federal Reserve Notes. This is a very simple matter
of economics. The USN was backed by silver and the FRN was not backed by anything of
instrinsic value. Executive Order 11110 should have prevented the national debt from
reaching its current level (virtually all of the nearly $9 trillion in federal debt has
been created since 1963) if LBJ or any subsequent President were to enforce it. It would
have almost immediately given the U.S. Government the ability to repay its debt without
going to the private Federal Reserve Banks and being charged interest to create new
"money". Executive Order 11110 gave the U.S.A. the ability to, once again,
create its own money backed by silver and real value worth something.
Again, according to our own research, just five months after Kennedy was assasinated, no
more of the Series 1958 "Silver Certificates" were issued either, and they were
subsequently removed from circulation. Perhaps the assassination of JFK was a warning to
all future presidents not to interfere with the private Federal Reserve's control over the
creation of money. It seems very apparent that President Kennedy challenged the
"powers that exist behind U.S. and world finance". With true patriotic courage,
JFK boldly faced the two most successful vehicles that have ever been used to drive up
debt: 1) war (Viet Nam); and, 2) the creation of money by a privately owned central bank.
His efforts to have all U.S. troops out of Vietnam by 1965 combined with Executive Order
11110 would have destroyed the profits and control of the private Federal Reserve Bank.

AMENDMENT OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10289 AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN
FUNCTIONS AFFECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY
By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 of title 3 of the United States
Code, it is ordered as follows:
SECTION 1. Executive Order No. 10289 of September 19, 1951, as amended, is hereby further
amended -
(a) By adding at the end of paragraph 1 thereof the following subparagraph (j):
"(j) The authority vested in the President by paragraph (b) of section 43 of the Act
of May 12, 1933, as amended (31 U.S.C. 821 (b)), to issue silver certificates against any
silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury not then held for
redemption of any outstanding silver certificates, to prescribe the denominations of such
silver certificates, and to coin standard silver dollars and subsidiary silver currency
for their redemption," and
(b) By revoking subparagraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 2 thereof.
SECTION 2. The amendment made by this Order shall not affect any act done, or any right
accruing or accrued or any suit or proceeding had or commenced in any civil or criminal
cause prior to the date of this Order but all such liabilities shall continue and may be
enforced as if said amendments had not been made.

Once again, Executive Order 11110 is still valid. According to Title 3, United States
Code, Section 301 dated January 26, 1998:
Executive Order (EO) 10289 dated Sept. 17, 1951, 16 F.R. 9499, was as amended by:
EO 10583, dated December 18, 1954, 19 F.R. 8725;
EO 10882 dated July 18, 1960, 25 F.R. 6869;
EO 11110 dated June 4, 1963, 28 F.R. 5605;
EO 11825 dated December 31, 1974, 40 F.R. 1003;
EO 12608 dated September 9, 1987, 52 F.R. 34617
The 1974 and 1987 amendments, added after Kennedy's 1963 amendment, did not change or
alter any part of Kennedy's EO 11110. A search of Clinton's 1998 and 1999 EO's and
Presidential Directives has also shown no reference to any alterations, suspensions, or
changes to EO 11110.
The Federal Reserve Bank, a.k.a Federal Reserve System, is a Private Corporation. Black's
Law Dictionary defines the "Federal Reserve System" as:
"Network of twelve central banks to which most national banks belong and to which
state chartered banks may belong. Membership rules require investment of stock and minimum
reserves."
Privately-owned banks own the stock of the FED. This was explained in more detail in the
case of Lewis v. United States, Federal Reporter, 2nd Series, Vol. 680, Pages 1239, 1241
(1982), where the court said:
"Each Federal Reserve Bank is a separate corporation owned by commercial banks in its
region. The stock-holding commercial banks elect two thirds of each Bank's nine member
board of directors".
The Federal Reserve Banks are locally controlled by their member banks. Once again,
according to Black's Law Dictionary, we find that these privately owned banks actually
issue money:
"Federal Reserve Act. Law which created Federal Reserve banks which act as agents in
maintaining money reserves, issuing money in the form of bank notes, lending money to
banks, and supervising banks. Administered by Federal Reserve Board (q.v.)".
The privately owned Federal Reserve (FED) banks actually issue (create) the
"money" we use. In 1964, the House Committee on Banking and Currency,
Subcommittee on Domestic Finance, at the second session of the 88th Congress, put out a
study entitled Money Facts which contains a good description of what the FED is:
"The Federal Reserve is a total money-making machine. It can issue money or checks.
And it never has a problem of making its checks good because it can obtain the $5 and $10
bills necessary to cover its check simply by asking the Treasury Department's Bureau of
Engraving to print them".
Any one person or any closely knit group who has a lot of money has a lot of power. Now
imagine a group of people who have the power to create money. Imagine the power these
people would have. This is exactly what the privately owned FED is!
No man did more to expose the power of the FED than Louis T. McFadden, who was the
Chairman of the House Banking Committee back in the 1930s. In describing the FED, he
remarked in the Congressional Record, House pages 1295 and 1296 on June 10, 1932:
"Mr. Chairman, we have in this country one of the most corrupt institutions the world
has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal reserve banks. The
Federal Reserve Board, a Government Board, has cheated the Government of the United States
and he people of the United States out of enough money to pay the national debt. The
depredations and the iniquities of the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal reserve banks
acting together have cost this country enough money to pay the national debt several times
over. This evil institution has impoverished and ruined the people of the United States;
has bankrupted itself, and has practically bankrupted our Government. It has done this
through the maladministration of that law by which the Federal Reserve Board, and through
the corrupt practices of the moneyed vultures who control it".
Some people think the Federal Reserve Banks are United States Government institutions.
They are not Government institutions, departments, or agencies. They are private credit
monopolies which prey upon the people of the United States for the benefit of themselves
and their foreign customers. Those 12 private credit monopolies were deceitfully placed
upon this country by bankers who came here from Europe and who repaid us for our
hospitality by undermining our American institutions.
The FED basically works like this: The government granted its power to create money to the
FED banks. They create money, then loan it back to the government charging interest. The
government levies income taxes to pay the interest on the debt. On this point, it's
interesting to note that the Federal Reserve Act and the sixteenth amendment, which gave
congress the power to collect income taxes, were both passed in 1913. The incredible power
of the FED over the economy is universally admitted. Some people, especially in the
banking and academic communities, even support it. On the other hand, there are those,
such as President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, that have spoken out against it. His efforts
were spoken about in Jim Marrs' 1990 book Crossfire:
"Another overlooked aspect of Kennedy's attempt to reform American society involves
money. Kennedy apparently reasoned that by returning to the constitution, which states
that only Congress shall coin and regulate money, the soaring national debt could be
reduced by not paying interest to the bankers of the Federal Reserve System, who print
paper money then loan it to the government at interest. He moved in this area on June 4,
1963, by signing Executive Order 11110 which called for the issuance of $4,292,893,815 in
United States Notes through the U.S. Treasury rather than the traditional Federal Reserve
System. That same day, Kennedy signed a bill changing the backing of one and two dollar
bills from silver to gold, adding strength to the weakened U.S. currency.
Kennedy's comptroller of the currency, James J. Saxon, had been at odds with the powerful
Federal Reserve Board for some time, encouraging broader investment and lending powers for
banks that were not part of the Federal Reserve system. Saxon also had decided that
non-Reserve banks could underwrite state and local general obligation bonds, again
weakening the dominant Federal Reserve banks".
In a speech made to Columbia University on Nov. 12, 1963, ten days before his
assassination, President John Fitzgerald Kennedy said:
"The high office of the President has been used to foment a plot to destroy the
American's freedom and before I leave office, I must inform the citizen of this
plight."
In this matter, John Fitzgerald Kennedy appears to be the subject of his own book... a
true Profile of Courage.

Jim Garrison is talking about Jack Ruby during an interview with Playboy. Here is a part I
found interesting.
But I don't believe Jack Ruby falls into this category; he was just a hoodlum out for a
buck. I will say --- with the understanding that it's pure speculation --- it's not
impossible that Jack Ruby developed certain guilt feelings in prison over his role in the
plot. Remember his repeated lament, "Now there will be pogroms. They will kill all

By 1975, the Watergate revelations convinced Thornley that his most important link to the
assassination was not Oswald, but the two shadowy denizens of the French Quarter known as
Slim Brooks and Brother-in-Law, who had discussed killing Kennedy with him for a period of
over three years. Their true identities cloaked in mystery, one bore a striking
resemblance to one of the Watergate burglars, and the other answered the description of
one of Guy Banister's anti-Castro coordinators.
Finally, Thornley began to realize he had been a participant in a genocidal conspiracy
whose goals did not stop with the assassination of the President.

NATIONAL SECURITY ACTION MEMORANDUM NO. 263
TO: Secretary of State

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
SUBJECT: South Vietnam
At a meeting on October 5, 1963, the President considered the
recommendations contained in the report of Secretary McNamara
and General Taylor on their mission to South Vietnam.
The President approved the military recommendations contained
in Section I B (1-3) of the report, but directed that no formal
announcement be made of the implementation of plans to with-
draw 1,000 U.S. miltitary personnel by the end of 1963.
After discussion of the remaining recommendations of the report,
the President approved an instruction to Ambassador Lodge which
is set forth in State Department telegram No. 534 to Saigon.
