Well not so much questions but comments. First of all, I think the father's movement should be so that they have an equal standing in the courts. I think true 50/50 custody should be mandated, and there should be NO spousal or child support. Only in fringe cases, where theres is violence, drug abuse, or interference in custody, kidnapping, and the like, should there be and automatic change in custody to the non-perpetrating parent. We could almost eliminate family court if there were a pre-assigned agreement that stipultated that both parties shall share in custody - two weeks on, two weeks off. The exchange palce shall be the school. The parents shall live in close enough proximity to the childs school, such that the child has the least amount of scoial interfence. The child should have free telephone access to either parent at any time. The child should have free telephone access to either grandparents any time. Violation of one or all of the above actions shall IMMEDIATELY terminate the 50% share custody of the violating parent and matter shall be heard in front of the court to determine cause and further action. This would be standard issue for all cases. As soon as the women hear that they don't have any money coming out of this one, things might start to change. If our new law has any teethe that would help too (false allegations of abuse a felony). Best, Monica 1.1) A competency and honesty test should be developed to evaluate the government employees who absorb 42 cents of every dollar of wages earned. 1.2) Women should not be allowed to get away with using sex for money and still scream they want equality. 1.3) Mothers who kidnap children or beat men should suffer legal penalties also. 1.4) Females beat men yet the Police do nothing. 1.5) Even upon that assault women have SuperRights? 1.6) The SUPERSTRUCTURES of Social Services are eternally employed. 1.7) They never solve the problems they were created to solve. 1.8) A father has to pay for everything. 2.0) I don't believe in child or spousal support. 2.1) I do pay child support. 2.2) I don't pay child or spousal support because there is no accountibility required. 2.3) I don't pay child or spousal support because it doesn't go for the needs of the child. 2.4) I don't pay child or spousal support because I don't have that kind of money. 2.5) I don't pay child or spousal support because I wouldn't pay the b----h a dime 2.6) All forms of support laws should be eliminated. 3.0) Courts do not follow the law 3.1) Judges should not have judicial immunity 3.2) The entire family law process is simply an issue of money 4.0) I would be a better parent to my child than my ex. 4.1) My children are abused by my ex, or wife. 4.2) Family law courts violate the constitution. 4.3) Divorce cases and all related issues are entitled to be heard by a jury as a matter of right. 4.4) States should be liable for punitive damages in civil rights cases. 4.5) Attorneys are scum. 4.6) The only interest attorneys have in their clients are their fees. 4.7) Psychology is voodoo social analysis. 5.0) Marriage is a contract, not a license to steal. 5.1) Dissolutions/divorces are a matter of contract law, not equity law. 5.2) Police are ignorant, jack booted thugs, that are really feminists in drag. 5.3) Father's rights organizations are inneffective. 5.4) In a child custody suit, the winner should pay the loser reparations in order to ensure moral motives for seeking custody. 5.5) My constitutional rights have been routinely ignored by the court. 5.6) Judges in Family Law courts have too much discretionary power. 5.7) Children should have more of a say in where they are placed after divorce 5.8) It should be mandatory that the children are separately represented during divorce proceedings? 5.9) Should custodial parents be able to exclude the NCP from access by moving interstate ? 6.0) Joint physical custody should be the presumptive judgement in cases of child custody? 6.1) Unwed fathers should have automatic parental rights and access to their children? 6.2) No-fault divorce should be repealed? 6.3) Alimony should be only a limited and rare occurrence and only be awarded as transitional support. 6.4) Alimony should be eliminated. 6.5) Child support be awarded only if the father is allowed to actively parent his children. 6.6) Working outside the home gives men more power and control over their lives. 6.7) Working for a paycheck gives men more power in traditional marriages because in "modern marriages" he earns the money and she only spends it. 7.0) Feminists are not interested in equality; they are interested in superiority. 7.1) Colleges and Universities promote feminism and actively discourage masculism. 7.2) I was subjected to false accusations. 7.3) I was kicked out of my home without a hearing. 7.)
