WHORES SPEND $186 TOTAXPAYER DOLLARS COLLECT ONE DOLLAR The annual payroll of America's whores (judicial, police, and corrections government employees) is $140 billion per year. One of their proudest accomplishments, to which they devote half of their resources, is the collection of "child support". Congresswoman Nancy L. Johnson (R-CT), Chairman, Subcommittee on Human Resources of the Committee on Ways and Means reports:
In other words, the portion of the payroll for those folks whose major accomplishment for the year it was to collect $14.4 billion MORE from the taxpayers who already pay 42 cents of each wage dollar for the taxes which pay the whores' salaries, exceeded the amount they collected by $55.6 billion. They kept half of the amount they collected, mothers received $7.2 billion of it, less than $1 billion was ultimately received by children, and they brag about their "accomplishments". Are they this stupid? Yes. Affirmative action has dumbed down the American public to the point that not even most Americans understand how the whores do it. Another major group of whores are the quarter of the nation's 900,000 lawyers who derive their income from the "divorce industry". Being the highest paid lawyers in the world at $90,000 each, they add another $81 billion to the amount whores rob from your children's college funds. Of this total of $95.4 billion coming directly out of your children's college funds, none of it goes back into it. This is government efficiency at its finest. We the taxpayer pay $186.00 to collect each dollar in "child support" received by a child in this country and then are berated as 'deadbeat dads".
Follow the money? You will find that the judicial system which is upholding anti-discrimination laws is the very same judicial system which awards a statistical zero percent of the children of divorce to their fathers and 92% to their mothers. This is the most rabidly discriminatory organization in the country. Their activities have nothing to do with supporting a child and everything to do with feeding hungry lawyers and bureaucrats at the expense of children, fathers, and Christian family stability. ONE QUARTER OF A MILLION MURDERERS ROAM FREE Possibly the most impressive accomplishment of our judicial system in the last half century was its ability to increase the number of Americans behind bars six fold at the same time that our rate of murders more than doubled--from 200,000 men in prison and 4.5 murders per 100,000 population in 1958 to 1.2 million men in prison and 10.5 murders per 100k in 1991. Without any further examination, you might conclude that each additional 67 men in prison caused one additional murder, but it's only slightly more complicated than that. Because the clearance rate for murders in 1958 was 94%, only 476 of the 7,920 murders were unresolved. But the clearance rate for all crimes began a slow and steady descent after the implementation of affirmative action, so only 65% of all murders were resolved in 1991. Thus, 9,188 of the 26,250 murders that year were unresolved--a 19 fold increase in the number of murderers who were not punished. During the period of time that the number of men behind bars increased by one million, more than 160,000 murderers were never arrested, prosecuted, convicted, nor imprisoned. Considering how serious a crime murder is, you must then wonder how, between 1958 and 2000, the number of men behind bars increased ten fold to two million at the same time that more than a quarter of a million murderers remained unpunished? Well, there is a simple answer which eludes politicos and bureaucrats. Thanks to the rapid availability of international data we can make some world wide comparisons to clarify our problem in a why which the entire Bureau of Justice Statistics has been unable thus far to accomplish. We know, for example, that technological advances in criminology in countries like Japan and Italy caused both their murder rates and their rates of unresolved murders to decrease to significantly lower than ours was way back in 1958. In 1991, Japan's murder rate and their unresolved murder rate were both one eighth of ours (1.3 vs. 10.5 per 100k and 4.4% vs. 35%, respectively), and by 2000 their incarceration rate was one twentieth of ours (36.5 vs. 730 per 100,000 population). Clearly, we could lock up 20 million American men if we wanted to, but if we still permitted a quarter of a million murderers to run all around the countryside, free to murder again at will, any claim that we are "tough on crime" is specious. We are definitely tough on honest fathers and innocent men and bad drivers, but we are not tough on corrupt public servants nor the worst criminals nor female criminals by any stretch of the imagination. Of more than 11 million arrests each year (4% of the population) less than 0.01% (or 920) of them are public servants, even though there are now more public servants than manufacturing workers (compared to 2 1/2 times as many mfg. workers just 3 decades ago). Even though women initiate up to 60% of domestic violence, are 78% of the perpetrators of fatal child abuse, are twice as likely as men to default on "child support payments", are responsible for 100% of the 1.6 million abortions each year, and are 100% of those who get pregnant with the 400,000 children conceived in adultery each year, they constitute only 5% of all criminal prosecutions, which is less than a third of the world average of 16%. This failure to punish the majority of the nation's criminals has had a devastating effect on all of society, and not just on men. But it is a major reason that American men are imprisoned for sexual assault (including rape) at a rate of 23.7 per 100,000 population, which is a rate 6.4 times that of Australian men, 4.8 times Belgian men, 10.8x Canada, 237x Cyprus, 17x Denmark, 17x Ecuador, 17x Greece, 76x Japan, 22x Israel, 18x Malaysia, 4.4x Rwanda, 6.1 New Zealand, 6.2x Swaziland, 22x Sweden, 33.9x Switzerland, and 24.7 times that of English men. "AMERICAN WOMEN ARE ONE THOUSAND MORE LIKELY TO BE RAPED THAN JAPANESE WOMEN" The feminists aren't even happy with that. They still insist that 550,000 American women were raped in 1992, requiring us to believe that our rate of rape is really 200 rapes per 100,000 population, a rate 182 times greater than Israeli, Malaysian, Swedish, or Scottish women are raped, 1,000 times greater than Japanese women, and 2,000 times greater than Cypriot women. Between 1975 and 1980, the RATE of rapes decreased 18% in Denmark, 3% in Germany, 9% in Indonesia, 25% in Israel, 4% in Italy, 32% in Japan, 5% in Morocco, 22% in Poland, 3% in Spain, and 2% in Sri Lanka. Yet the rate INCREASED 41% in the US, and that was at a time that our incarceration rate was a quarter of what it is now. How can it be explained that so many American men bought into such a wild fairy tale? Did Alice In Wonderland lay the groundwork for the way the American legal mind works today? Is there too much estrogen in the water or steroids in the beef? Do gamma rays from TV tubes lop off synapses in the American brain? Do women sportscasters in the men's locker room cause our testicles to ascend? Or is it just smog? Smuck fog! And smuck the whores while we're at it. ONE THIRD OF MEN IN THE WORLD BEHIND BARS ARE AMERICAN MEN If we had a conviction rate for sexual assault equivalent to Japan or Italy or Greece, then most of the 256,600 of the 260,000 American men now in prison for this crime would instead be productive employees in our once competitive labor force. If our total incarceration rate for all crime were equivalent to Japan, then 1,900,000 of the two million Americans now in prison wouldn't be there, and if it were equivalent to China, there would be 1,943,000 fewer Americans in prison, most of whom would be in the work force. The redefinition of the rules of evidence by feminists, coupled with massive victim compensation awards paid to women for filing false allegations against men (and not "violent American men" who could not possibly be 76 times more violent than Japanese or Italian or Greek men) are the root problem. Could 98% of our prison population have been falsely convicted of crimes they didn't commit? Probability theory would predict, and indeed our judicial system did estimate, that the false conviction rate of our jury system should not exceed 1 or 2%. But a 1 or 2% false conviction rate in a country which arrests 11 million of its citizens each year affects 110,000 to 220,000 citizens per year, which by itself would create havoc in society. A false conviction rate that might affect 3.3 to 10 million citizens each year is mind boggling. Even if 667,000 inmates were to be proven innocent and released today, we would still have an incarceration rate thirteen times higher, a murder rate five times higher, and an unresolved murder rate eight times higher, than Japan. Thus it is very probable that our false conviction rate is considerably higher than just one third. This is a plan straight from Hell. It morally and financially bankrupted the nation. If the criminal justice system resources which were squandered to chase false allegations of rape had instead been directed to resolving those quarter of a million unresolved murders, our murder rate as well as our rate of unresolved murders might now be on par with England, or even Japan or Italy, and most of these murderers would now be in prison. There might have been 600,000 fewer murders in the US in the last four decades, a significant portion of which can be traced directly to these false allegations. If it is at all possible that 33 to 98% of the American men now in prison for rape were falsely convicted after a complete investigation by police with the best crime fighting equipment and resources in the world, a trial by a jury of their peers, and judgment by the highest paid prosecutors and judges in the world, then it is *probable* that, even though a quarter of a million murderers still roam the countryside, the same proportion of those who are now in prison for murder were also falsely convicted. This would put us in the unenviable position of having a quarter of a million murderers running around free at the same time that 40,000 to 130,000 innocent men are in prison for murders they didn't commit. And if it is at all possible that more than a third of the murderers in the country were never even discovered, then it is probable that more than a third of the real rapists in the country were also never brought to justice. This would leave us in the other unenviable position that more than 10,000 rapists are running free at the same time that 87,000 to 256,000 innocent men are in prison for rapes they didn't commit. SCIENCE AND LAW COLLIDE--ONE THIRD OF RAPE CONVICTIONS PROVEN FALSE Thanks to the application of technological advances in DNA testing by the FBI, we now have scientific proof that at least a third of these men were falsely convicted. A random test by the FBI of DNA evidence which was performed after, but not before, conviction showed that a third of the men didn't even match the evidence from the crime scene. Only a small percentage of these mismatches can be explained away as honest mistakes in identification. The vast majority are solely the result of intentional fabrications of testimony and evidence by hundreds of thousands, or millions, of unscrupulous witnesses, greedy lawyers, corrupt police, incompetent judges and investigators, and gullible jurors. There is no reason to believe that the rate of false convictions of ALL of those men now in prison for rape isn't also one third. And there is no reason to believe that it wouldn't apply to ALL two million Americans now behind bars. The false convictions are being unveiled one by one and will ultimately become a volcano. The pro-death penalty governor of Illinois was so alarmed because more than half of that state’s convictions proved to be false that he suspended the death penalty. The Innocence Project headed up by Barry Scheck also discovered that a third of those convicted of rape whose DNA was tested after the conviction didn’t match the physical evidence from the crime scene. The Rampart investigation in Los Angeles has already uncovered up to 3,000 false convictions of men whose convictions were based solely on police who LIED, and this has been described as "the tip of the iceberg"? Forty four parents in Wenatchee who were falsely accused of child abuse have been cleared of all charges, and judge Friehl asserts that the mass hysteria surrounding this case was so extreme that even the defense attorneys had been misled by it. The McMartin Pre-School trial produced zero evidence of "child abuse" and cost us taxpayers $8 million, only to reveal that this entire travesty was nothing but a political gambit. The Amirault convictions were based on testimony from children that their entrails had been cut out, spread on the table before them, then reinserted, all without the trace of a scar--evidence that the government itself tampered with the jury. The nation’s chief legal officer LIED about child abuse to justify destroying a peaceful church in Waco, then imprisoned the survivors to keep them from telling the world the truth.Every dollar spent chasing a false allegation of rape or a "deadbeat dad" or a drunk driver is another opportunity for a murderer or a rapist to go free. Not one more nickel of our tax dollar should be spent on witch hunts, "child abuse" and "domestic violence" scams, drunk driving campaigns, or "deadbeat dad" sweeps, until each and every one of those quarter of a million murderers and rapists are brought to justice. OUR INOPERABLE JUSTICE SYSTEM When a coin toss would have produced more predictable and accurate results than our jury system did, we have not a shred of evidence that our system of justice is even remotely operable. And a coin toss would have cost hundreds of billions of dollars less. The judges who are paid dearly to uphold the US Constitution, and who took an oath to do so, are precisely the folks who turned it upside down. They virtually leap off their benches to award millions of dollars of "damage awards" to $15,000 per year secretaries who have M&Ms dropped down their blouses, while at the same time acing as if though fathers like Bob Cheney or Steve Wilner are speaking Martian should they dare complain that having their children kidnapped from them by the full force and effect of their own justice system might just not be legal, Constitutional, correct, Godly, Christian, in accord with the Bill of Rights, socially constructive, or financially viable. There were 24,994 judges in the US in 1990, which was 10 judges per 100,000 population, which is more than four times as many judges as Japan. Yet even with so few judges, Japan was able to resolve more than 95% of its murders. Scotland with 1/20th as many judges per capita and Syria with 1/33rd as many both brought more than nine out of ten of its murderers to justice. This is not to imply that our judges were stupid people. They knew as well then as we do now that mothers are moral minors, and that when they pretend to award children to the custody of their mothers, this is a de facto award of custody of the children to the state. They knew that children who grow up in single-mother households, compared to children of two-parent families where the father is present, are more likely to go to prison by 20 times, to commit suicide by 5 times, to become murderers by 8 times, to have behavioral problems by 20 times, to become rapists by 14 times, to run away by 32 times, to abuse chemical substances by 10 times, to drop out of high school by 9 times, to be seriously abused by 33 times, to be fatally abused by 73 times, to be one tenth as likely to get A's in school, and [per Lenore Weitzman] to have a 72% lower standard of living. They knew that this is child abuse. They knew that even the massive transfer of wealth from men to women through $1.7 trillion in federal taxation each year didn't reduce this social pathology one nickel. They knew that fathers like Bob Cheney and Steve Wilner are irreplaceable, and that their children ARE at serious risk, and that their concerns and complaints ARE valid and mighty important to society. They knew that ignoring their complaints put all of society at risk to increased crime, decreased economic viability and increased taxes. They knew that squandering our nation's resources on false rape allegations and fraudulent claims that M&Ms dropped down a blouse did millions of dollars of damage instead effectively prevents millions of American men from seeing even one "day in court". They knew that childish behavior in the workplace can't be stopped and that trying to stop it violates our founding principles. They knew that the entire resources of the entire federal government can't be brought to bear to make even one responsible child rearing decision which millions of fathers make millions of times, daily. They knew, as most Americans know, that HUD, AFDC, welfare, family courts, the Supreme Courts, child protective services, the Department of Justice, the Department of Education, the FBI, the ATF, Congress, and the president, combined, can't be a better father to Elian Gonzalez than his own father--even in Cuba, even in poverty, even under communism, even without his aunts and uncles, even without Uncle Sam. They knew that one simple father like Juan Gonzalez just cannot be replaced by even millions of caring bureaucrats, by our supposed "freedom"--nor by mothers. MORAL MINORS DEMAND ABSOLUTE JUDICIAL IMMUNITY They also knew something that they think we don't know--that our cultural breakdown was not caused by a breakdown in public morals (the majority of the American population disagrees with every major court ruling like this), but by judges who quietly and illegally and inexplicably granted themselves absolute judicial immunity in the 1970s, in violation of the Constitution, and in violation of two centuries of case law to the contrary. Their rationale was that this would give judges the "courage to make independent decisions". Well, they got that, alright. But we the people don't want our judges making independent decisions. We were never asked, and if asked we will say "no, your decisions must not be independent--they must be very dependent, taking into consideration all aspects of society, including how Bob Cheney is being denied free exercise of religion, almost every right enumerated by the US Constitution, & how this chronic denial of his rights violates God's law and adversely affects families, society, the economy". The judiciary itself established itself as moral minors by publicly proclaiming that they are not responsible. As they are no longer responsible, they no longer have any authority. There can be no authority without responsibility. Which thinking man in the world would entrust his child to an individual who legally demands that he is a moral minor? Not even one. Each of us now knows that judges are the least qualified individuals in the entire land to take care of children, yet they say things like: "the best interests of the child". They know that we know that this is a LIE, and that no child should be under the authority of the same 24,994 judges who conspired (consciously or not) to falsely imprison up to 1.9 million American men at the same time that they let a quarter of a million murderers and rapists free to roam the countryside. You might think that never in human history has one country ever imprisoned so many of its own citizens during peacetime, until you realize that this is not peacetime. This is a serious, devastating war which each one of our 24,994 judges in 1990 are the ringleaders in, and we have statistical proof that they won't release any of the 1.9 million POWs just to accommodate even one murderer, much less a quarter of a million of them. They use feminists, Congressmen, mediots, and even presidents to conceal their role in this war, but it was those judges who granted themselves absolute judicial immunity, and nobody else, which makes them 100% responsible for the inevitable heinous results. If they hadn't granted themselves absolute judicial immunity, they might have been able to convince us that it is the fault of police, prosecutors, governors, legislators, jurors, even voters, but under RICO they technically qualify as the ringleaders who RICO holds accountable. There are 10 unpunished murder and up to 76 falsely imprisoned American men for each of those 24,994 judges, but they are jointly and severally responsible for this crime against humanity.
