The Judeo-Christian Clergy Falsely Teach America Is Babylon And Will
Be Destroyed
Now let’s take up the destruction of America. We hear all too
many of the Judeo-Christian clergy shouting that America is soon to be
destroyed, like Sodom and Gomorrah; that America is Babylon and other such
nonsense, because they do not know the Scriptures nor do they know anything
about God’s Word or the Gospel of Christ.
Concerning Sodom and Gomorrah, it is never spoken of, but it is
obvious that the inhabitants of these seven cities were the descendants
of Noah and his sons. (Genesis 10:1-19) But the citizens of Sodom were
wicked. (Genesis 13:13) Then God destroyed, not only Sodom and Gomorrah
but all the cities round about. (Genesis 19:24-25)
By this we know they were the seed of Noah and of Adam; in other
words, they were White People and not some foreign race such as the Blacks,
Chinese or any other race on earth. They were the descendants of Adam,
members of the White race. Not the white race that was created in Genesis
1:27, but of Adam kind which was formed in Genesis 2:7. The land was destroyed
because it consisted of White People and because they had turned into queers.
God would have spared them, had there been, only 10 righteous
people therein. (Genesis 18:32) But there was only Lot and his family and
it would appear that even Lot’s wife and two daughters were not righteous
because of what happened to them. Lot’s wife turned into a pillow
of salt (Genesis 19:26) and his daughters committed incest with their father
Lot at the first opportunity. (Genesis 19:33-34) Thus judgment came upon
them. It did not come upon the Chinese, the blacks nor any other race on
earth; it came upon White People because they had turned to this horrible
sin.
In Judges 19:29 we have the story of the man who was traveling
through the land of Benjamin and the people there did such horrible things
to his wife that they killed her in their lusts. So he cut her body into
twelve parts and sent them throughout the land of Israel. As a result God
sent the other tribes of Israel against the tribe of Benjamin and all but
destroyed the entire tribe.
So once again God had passed judgment upon White People, but this
time they were all Israelites, who had committed the horrible sin of sodomy;
in other words many of them were reprobates, degenerates, queers and other
such vile things. So God passed judgment upon them. But He did not do so
to any other race of people on earth. Only to White People, this time His
Israel people.
Many people willfully overlook the fact that the Canaanites were
also White People; in their desire to make the other races come into the
Bible history. But it would appear from a study of the Scriptures that
the Canaanites were the descendants of Ham the son of Noah, who had obviously
had sexual relations with one of Noah’s wives, because the child of this
incestuous relationship was cursed.
It looks to us that people would read the Scriptures and realize
that America is Ephraim because he was promised to be many nations and
that is exactly what America is. A country of many nations; 50 separate
states which are nations in their own right, but have chosen to be called
by one name and have joined together to come under one head and be called
by one name: The United States of America.
That upon this one nation; The United States of America, while
it was a Christian Nation, that all the blessings promised to Israel if
they would follow their God they would receive. (Deuteronomy 28:1-14) Those
Blessings being:
1).And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently
unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments
which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high
above all nations of the earth:
America was the most respected and honored nation on earth, which
it was following, in the most part, God’s Laws.
2). And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee,
if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.
No one with even a cursory study of history can deny that America
has been blessed above all the other nations on earth.
3). Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou
be in the field.
While America followed God’s Laws its cities were beautiful, safe
and a wonderful place to live. And our people in the country were truly
blessed with all good blessings.
4). Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy
ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the
flocks of thy sheep.
While America followed God’s Laws our people were truly fruitful
in the body, in that many families consisted of from 10 to 15 and more
children. Healthy, robust and intelligent children.
5). Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.
While America followed God’s Laws our people were truly blessed
in their basket and store; because every form of food and goods were theirs
to purchase and use.
6). Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt
thou be when thou goest out.
When America followed God’s Laws our people were truly blessed
when they came into their homes with a loving family of a wife or husband
and many children who loved them; they were blessed when they went out
because they were noted to be honest, forthright, and a people whose word
was their bond, and their children faithfully upheld that word when they
were no longer there or able to do so.

7). The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee
to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way,
and flee before thee seven ways.
When America followed God’s Laws our people were victors in all
their wars. Go back to the wars that England (who many believe to be Manasseh)
fought and see that they were always victorious in battle, when they would
obey Yahweh and follow His Laws; then America the most powerful nation
that has ever existed upon the earth; defeated all its enemies on the battle
field from the War for Independence to the War in Bosnia. These wars were
not always just and honorable because our people were deceived by God’s
enemies into fighting their battles for them. But God allowed America to
be victorious in honor of His Word.
8). The Lord shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses,
and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in
the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
When America followed God’s Laws our people, in deed, blessed
in that our storehouses were full and running over. The pictures of a few
years ago of the vast grain storage elevators being full and running over,
with the abundance running over and lying on the ground because there was
no more space because of the abundance.
Our land did, and can still produce enough food to feed the entire
world of 6 billion people as long as our people obey God’s Laws.
9). The Lord shall establish thee an holy people unto himself,
as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the
Lord thy God, and walk in his ways.
When America followed God’s Laws our people, in deed, were priests
and ministers to Yahweh as demonstrated by our sending the vast majority
of missionaries across the world, spreading the Word of God to His people
in all lands.
10). And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called
by the name of the Lord; and they shall be afraid of thee.
When America followed God’s Laws our people were renowned around
the world as a powerful Christian Nation.
11). And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit
of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground,
in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
When America followed God’s Laws our people were truly blessed
with all manner of good things; good land; good water; good children; good
wives; good husbands; so many cattle, horses, sheep, pigs, and etc., that
they cannot be numbered because there are so many; our crops have been
so great and bountiful that enough food to feed millions have went wanting
for someone to eat or use it.
12). The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven
to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work
of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not
borrow.
When America followed God’s Laws our people were blessed with
the good rains and came in their seasons when it was most beneficial for
the crops and etc. Everything our people touched turned to gold so-to-speak
because the workmanship was good and the product would last for a long
time and was affordable for all. Our people have been the bankers of the
world, in so far, as we have furnished the money to build and develop most
of the world. The only nations that we have not built up with our money
are those countries in Africa where the blacks were not intelligent enough
to use it properly.
13). And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail;
and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou
hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee
this day, to observe and to do them:
When America followed God’s Laws our country was and still is
the leader of the world; we were, in deed, the head and not beneath any
other nation or people.
14). And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I
command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other
gods to serve them.
But America has gone astray, they have and are serving other gods
under the leadership of the anti-God; anti-Christs; anti-American elements;
anti-White (Those who are Israel’s ancient enemies, like the Jews, and
those Whites who hate being white and as a result hate everything that
is white); a moral and ever other perversion known to man either ancient
or modern.
We are now beginning to come under the curses that God has promised
us if we were not faithful to Him. We are not fully under these curses
yet, but they are coming upon us faster and faster and ever more intense.
(Deuteronomy 28:15-68)
1). But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the
voice of the Lord thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his
statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come
upon thee, and overtake thee:
2). Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be
in the field.
Because we have not heeded God’s Laws, the cities are no
longer ours, and the fields are overrun by those who despise us. The anti-Christs
have taken much of our most productive land and turned it into government
preserves where our people are not allowed plant and harvest crops.
3). Cursed shall be thy basket and thy store.
Because we have not heeded God’s Laws, we have no store, and the
only basket we have is that which is given to us by our enemy.

4). Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy
land, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
Because we have not heeded God's Laws, our children are aimless
and lost.
5). Cursed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and cursed shalt
thou be when thou goest out.
Because we have not heeded God's Laws, or respected his Will,
we command no respect in our homes.
6). The Lord shall send upon thee cursing, vexation, and rebuke,
in all that thou settest thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed,
and until thou perish quickly; because of the wickedness of thy doings,
whereby thou hast forsaken me.
Because we have not heeded God's Laws, he will destroy us.
As the potter will smash a defective vessel, so shall God destroy US.
7). The Lord shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee, until
he have consumed thee from off the land, whither thou goest to possess
it.
By tending and nurturing the flocks of Satan, we have violated
God's Law. The pestilence cleaves to us, and is our own doing, and wickedness.
God shall surely destroy us for this.
8). The Lord shall smite thee with a consumption, and with a fever,
and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword,
and with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou
perish.
God tells us that all we see that is wrong around us, is what
we have created by ignoring His Law. God created perfection; His
wayward children have created all which will destroy them.
9). And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the
earth that is under thee shall be iron.
A sterile heaven, and a sterile earth. These are promised
to us, for not having kept God's Law.
10). The Lord shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust:
from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.
Blessed rain, which sustained our fields, and thereby ourselves,
shall be denied to us.
11). The Lord shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies:
thou shalt go out one way against them, and flee seven ways before them:
and shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.
Our seed will be mingled with the seed of others, until it is
lost for all eternity.
12). And thy carcass shall be meat unto all fowls of the air,
and unto the beasts of the earth, and no man shall fray them away.
We have no respect for our God. Our children have no respect
for us. Our enemies have no respect for us. We do not fear our God.
Our children do not fear us. Our enemies do not fear us.
13). The Lord will smite thee with the botch of Egypt, and with
the emerods, and with the scab, and with the itch, whereof thou canst not
be healed.
As our civilization decays, God's gift to us of science will increasingly
become less available to us, and the terrible blights of the past will
once again hold sway over life and death.
14). The Lord shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and
astonishment of heart:
The Lord will rescind his covenant, because we have not kept it.
15). And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in
darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only
oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.
We will find no solace in the ways of men.
16). Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with
her: thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein: thou
shalt plant a vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof.
We will lose our humanity.
17). Thine ox shall be slain before thine eyes, and thou shalt
not eat thereof: thine ass shall be violently taken away from before thy
face, and shall not be restored to thee: thy sheep shall be given unto
thine enemies, and thou shalt have none to rescue them.
All that we have created, by God's Will, will be taken from us.
18). Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people,
and thine eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the day long:
and there shall be no might in thine hand.
We shall lose our sense of direction. Our children will
not know who they are, or why they were created. They will miscegenate,
and be no more.
19). The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation
which thou knowest not eat up; and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed
alway:
By refusing to fight the Jew, we will allow him to subjugate us.
The Jew is the "nation which thou knowest not." Jesus tried to tell
us about it, but we're not listening.
20). So that thou shalt be mad for the sight of thine eyes which
thou shalt see.
We will know that we once had sight, and will despair of our transgressions,
which have blinded us.
21). The Lord shall smite thee in the knees, and in the legs,
with a sore botch that cannot be healed, from the sole of thy foot unto
the top of thy head.
We will become wholly sterile.
22). The Lord shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt
set over thee, unto a nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known;
and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone.
God will give us that which he has forbidden, and which we have
nevertheless sought: the worship of idols.

23). And thou shalt become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword,
among all nations whither the Lord shall lead thee.
Even the memory of us shall be dragged in the dirt.
24). Thou shalt carry much seed out into the field, and shalt
gather but little in; for the locust shall consume it.
We will feed the masses, who are not of our kind.
25). Thou shalt plant vineyards, and dress them, but shalt neither
drink of the wine, nor gather the grapes; for the worms shall eat them.
We will furnish the sustenance for those whom God has never considered
as His children.
26). Thou shalt have olive trees throughout all thy coasts, but
thou shalt not anoint thyself with the oil; for thine olive shall cast
his fruit.
Any selfish efforts to attend to our own desires will be forbidden.
27). Thou shalt beget sons and daughters, but thou shalt not enjoy
them; for they shall go into captivity.
Your children will not know you. They will become captives
of the enemy you refused to fight.
28). All thy trees and fruit of thy land shall the locust consume.
You will labor for others, and get nothing in return.
29). The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee
very high; and thou shalt come down very low.
The enemies of True Israel shall rule over you.
30). He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he
shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.
You will grovel at the feet of your enemy.
31). Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall
pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst
not unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to keep his commandments and his
statutes which he commanded thee:
32). And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder,
and upon thy seed for ever.
33). Because thou servedst not the Lord thy God with joyfulness,
and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;
34). Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the Lord shall
send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want
of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he
have destroyed thee.
35). The Lord shall bring a nation against thee from far, from
the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue
thou shalt not understand;
36). A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the
person of the old, nor shew favour to the young:
37). And he shall eat the fruit of thy cattle, and the fruit of
thy land, until thou be destroyed: which also shall not leave thee either
corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy sheep,
until he have destroyed thee.
38). And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high
and fenced walls come down, wherein thou trustedst, throughout all thy
land: and he shall besiege thee in all thy gates throughout all thy land,
which the Lord thy God hath given thee.
39). And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh
of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the Lord thy God hath given thee,
in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress
thee:
40). So that the man that is tender among you, and very delicate,
his eye shall be evil toward his brother, and toward the wife of his bosom,
and toward the remnant of his children which he shall leave.
41). So that he will not give to any of them of the flesh of his
children whom he shall eat: because he hath nothing left him in the siege,
and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee in all
thy gates.
42). The tender and delicate woman among you, which would not
adventure to set the sole of her foot upon the ground for delicateness
and tenderness, her eye shall be evil toward the husband of her bosom,
and toward her son, and toward her daughter,
43). And toward her young one that cometh out from between her
feet, and toward her children which she shall bear: for she shall eat them
for want of all things secretly in the siege and straitness, wherewith
thine enemy shall distress thee in thy gates.
44). If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law
that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and
fearful name, the Lord thy God;
45). Then the Lord will make thy plagues wonderful, and the plagues
of thy seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses,
and of long continuance.
46). Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt,
which thou wast afraid of; and they shall cleave unto thee.
47). Also every sickness, and every plague, which is not written
in the book of this law, them will the Lord bring upon thee, until thou
be destroyed.
48). And ye shall be left few in number, whereas ye were as the
stars of heaven for multitude; because thou wouldest not obey the voice
of the Lord thy God.
49). And it shall come to pass, that as the Lord rejoiced over
you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the Lord will rejoice over
you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought; and ye shall be plucked
from off the land whither thou goest to possess it.

The plan is already in operation in the British Government by
means of the Tariff Advisory Board which in many of its powers is somewhat
comparable to the National Recovery Administration in the United States.
This group organization has gathered all data and statistics obtained by
governmental and private organization in administrative, industrial, social,
educational, agricultural, and other circles; and Army, Navy, and airport
statistics are in their hands as well as those of the law and medical professions.
This has been made possible from the fact that the Prime Minister, Ramsay
MacDonald, being a Fabian, the "political economic plan" Fabian group has
had all archives at its disposal.
Through the Tariff Advisory Board created in February 1933 and
headed by Sir George May, the control over industry and trade is being
firmly established. This board works in direct connection with the treasury
and with its devises the tariff policy. It has also been granted the powers
of a law court and can exact under oath that all information concerning
industry and trade be given it.
Iron and steel, as also cotton industrials in England, have been
ordered by the Tariff Advisory Board to prepare and submit plans for the
reorganization of their industries and warned that should they fail to
do so a plan for complete reconstruction would be imposed upon them. The
Tariff Advisory Board has been granted default powers and can, therefore,
impose its plan.
The committee of the Tariff Advisory Board is composed of Sir
George May, Sydney Chapman, professor of economics and statistician, and
Sir George Allan Powell, of the food board and food council.
An interesting bit of information has come to me in this connection
to the effect that this Fabian group has close connections with the foreign-policy
association in New York City. This foreign-policy association was largely
sponsored by the late Paul M. Warburg, and has received the close attention
and support of Bernard M. Baruch and Felix M. Frankfurter.
Many serious people in England feel that this Fabian organization
practically controls the British Government and that this Government will
soon be known as "His Majesty's Soviet Government." It is asserted that
both Prime Minister MacDonald and his son belong to the organization and
that the movement is well organized and well financed and intends to practically
sovietize the English-speaking race.
About 3 months after the passage of the National Recovery Act
of the United States, when Israel Moses Sieff was urged by members of his
committee to show more activity, he said: "Let us go slowly for a while
and wait until we see how our plan carries out in America."
THE PLAN IN THE UNITED STATES: During the past several months
Bernard M. Baruch, Felix Frankfurter, and the New York Jewish lawyer, Samuel
T. Untermeyer, have made several visits to Europe and spent considerable
time there. There is justification for the belief that they have contacted
with members of the British Fabian group and are familiar with their
plans. The same system, in a somewhat adapted form, has been placed upon
the statute books in the United States, and the iron hand of world control
is fast being closed upon American agriculture, labor, and industry. The
people in the United States have been propagandized into the belief that
the National Industrial Recovery Act is a product of the political genius
of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. There is no greater popular fallacy. The
National Industrial Recovery Act was formulated before Franklin Delano
Roosevelt had any well-defined ideas as to its existence, and it is doubtful
that even now he appreciates its significance. It required 15 years of
hard effort on the part of Mr. Baruch and his associates to foist this
act upon the American people, an it was only through the sufferings over
a period of great stress that he was enabled to do it. Baruch himself stated
before the War Policies Commission in reference to the genesis of this
act, "For 13 years I have been coming down and working with my associates
in the War Department..."
It might be stated that practically every year since the war Baruch
has been going to the Army War College and giving our future generals lectures
along these lines. However, these addresses are clothed in secrecy and
we do not know just what he says. During the spring of 1931, in appearing
before the War Policies Commission, Mr. Baruch stated, in part: "Our industry
must, at last analysis, mobilize itself. What is required is leadership
of a type that will persuade cooperation in every branch. This leadership
must be backed by sanctions of far greater force than can or ought to be
used in peace. It is a spontaneous sort of function, utterly inappropriate
to any imaginable form of bureaucratic organization.
As I have said, I do not favor an involved statute attempting
to anticipate the requirements of another war. I think plans should
be made and revised yearly. I think some steps should be taken to keep
selected industrial leaders informed of these plans so that when the principal
actors in the 1918 mobilization pass from the scene there will be a nucleus
of personnel to take their places. I do not believe that we can go further.
But, for a very special reason, I do believe that there should
he one statute on the books the very existence of which would be a constant
warning to everybody that never again in America will any man make as much
profit in war as he can make in peace. There need be nothing complex nor
involved about it. Purely for purposes of discussion I have prepared a
rough draft, eliminating enacting clauses and formalities. It follows:
'That whenever Congress shall declare war or the existence of
an emergency due to the imminence of war. then from and after a date prior
to such declaration, which date the President is hereby authorized and
directed to determine and announce, it shall be unlawful for any person
to buy, sell, or otherwise contract for any service, right, or thing at
a higher rate, rent, price, wage, commission, or reward than was in effect
at the date so determined.
'Whenever, in the sole discretion of the President, he shall determine
that any maximum price, wage, rent, rate, commission, or reward should
be adjusted either upward or downward, he is hereby authorized to make
and proclaim such adjustment; and such adjustment shall have the full force
and effect under this statute of such price, wage, rent, rate, commission,
or reward before such adjustment.
'During, the period of any war or emergency declared by Congress
thereunder the President is authorized to determine, and by proclamation
announce, what classes of public service, or of dealers or manufacturers
of any article or commodity shall be required to operate under licenses,
to fix a condition of such licenses, and to grant licenses under such conditions.
After such determination by the President it shall be unlawful for any
public service, dealer, or manufacturer in such determined classes to engage
in business without such license.

'During the period of any war or emergency declared by Congress
hereunder the President is authorized to determine the order of priority
in which any manufacturer, dealer, or public service in the United States
shall fill customers' or other orders and after such determination it shall
be unlawful for any such manufacturer, dealer, or public service to fill
such order in any other order of priority.'"
So much for the bill he proposed, but bear in mind he was emphatic
that it should be used only in the event of war or an emergency caused
by the imminence of war. He further stated: "Nobody with any familiarity
with industry could seriously urge a wholesale assumption by any Federal
bureau of the responsibility for management of any or all of the vast conjuries
of manufacturing establishments upon which we must rely for extraordinary
effort in event of war. Even if such bureau management could prove adequate
to the task (which it could never do), the mere process of change would
destroy efficiency at the outset.
The industrial pattern of the United States is a delicate mesh
of interrelated strands. It has been evolved in response to the needs of
the Nation and under natural economic law but dimly understood. It is a
sensitive living organism, and the injection of arbitrary and artificial
interference could be attempted only at the risk of starting a sequence
of upheavals, the ends of which no man can see."
Baruch also presented to the War Policies Commission a draft of
a proposed act regarding price fixing, and stated: "General Johnson, who
was instrumental in drawing up the selective-service legislation, as it
was submitted to Congress during the war, and who wrote the selective-service
regulations, assisted in preparing this draft." [Based on the supposedly
"confidential" 1910 census - Ed.]
Johnson, as well as Herbert Bayard Swope, was present with Baruch
during these hearings, and they appeared to be his lieutenants, Johnson
especially acting in the capacity of an assistant. General Johnson in the
last few months has become well known to the American public, and there
can be little doubt that his first allegiance is to Bernard M. Baruch,
with whom he has been associated so long.
We find in the activities of General Johnson, in the promulgation
of codes upon the industry of the United States and in the activities of
that other "brain truster", Prof Rexford Tugwell, in promoting agriculture
codes and controlled agricultural industry of the Nation, the very same
machinery in operation as was proposed in Freedom and Planning.
However, Baruch, Johnson, Tugwell, Frankfurter, et al. seem to
be more brazen in their efforts in this country. Frankfurter has been furnishing
most of the legal brains for the outfit, and it is said that no legal position
of any consequence can be secured by any lawyer in the present administration
without it has first had the approval of Frankfurter. And it is a startling
fact, in connection with this, that most of the legal advisers, especially
in key positions, are Jews. Felix Frankfurter's adept student and protege,
Jerome N. Frank, general counsel of the Agricultural Adjustment Administration,
delivered an address before the Association of American Law Schools, thirty-first
annual meeting, at Chicago, December 30, 1933, on Experimental Jurisprudence
and the New Deal.
A reading of this address shows the contempt of the Frankfurter
lawyers for the Constitution of the land and an expressed determination
to obviate and avoid constitutional barriers in their administration of
the Nation's affairs. Those in charge of the plan and its administration
in the United States have for years considered methods for accomplishing
their ends without regard to the Constitution of the United States. They
recognize the fact that the National Industrial Recovery Act did not give
them all of the power they desired in order to break down the barriers
enacted in our Constitution, preserving certain rights to the various States
of the Union, as well as other features.
Therefore, in the promulgation of the various codes affecting
industry and agriculture throughout the country they have sought to compel,
browbeat, and bulldoze the business interests of this country to engage
in private contract so that they would have the power to require the business
interests of the Nation to do their wishes regardless of the Constitution.
The "new-deal" lawyers now have no hesitancy in appearing in court
and asserting that private citizens can contract away their constitutional
rights. It has been through this method that they have broken down State
lines and invaded the most private affairs of our citizens. It will be
through this method, for instance, that the little retailer of the country
will be driven out of business and chain-store-system control by them put
into operation, just as they are attempting in England.
There is no better illustration of this group of international
would-be Caesars to control the industry and agricultural interests of
this Nation than that demonstrated in the methods they have employed to
try to coerce and compel the Ford Motor Co. to sign the automobile manufacturers'
code.
It should be borne in mind that even General Johnson himself has
had to admit to the Comptroller General of the United States that he has
no evidence of code or law violation on the part of the Ford Motor Co.
It should also be borne in mind that the little Jewish Assistant Attorney
General, Cahffetz, who appeared in the Supreme Court of District of Columbia
for the Government in recent cases brought therein by a Ford dealer, admitted
to the court that he had no evidence of law violation.
Therefore a question of whether or not the Ford Motor Co. has
violated the law or the codes is not raised. It is admitted by the Government
that they have not. Then why all this stir to prevent the purchase by the
Government of Ford products? There are two outstanding reasons: One is
that the Ford Motor Co. represents the last stronghold of independent industry
in this Nation, hence it must be destroyed. It interferes with their plans.
Next, so long as the Ford Motor Co. refuses to sign any code and thus engage
in private contract which would give the administration power over and
beyond the law it is still free at any time it chooses to attack the constitutionality
of these extraordinary measures. Frankfurter lawyers contend that one who
has signed the code has waived his rights to make any such attack. Therefore
the power of Government will be used to bludgeon and compel, if it can,
this last stronghold of independent industry to come within the fold so
that it will be safe from attack in this quarter.

50). And the Lord shall scatter thee among all people, from the
one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other
gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone.
51). And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither
shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the Lord shall give thee there
a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind:
52). And thy life shall hang in doubt before thee; and thou shalt
fear day and night...have none assurance of thy life:
53). In the morning thou shalt say, Would God it were even! and
at even thou shalt say, Would God it were morning! for the fear of thine
heart wherewith thou shalt fear, and for the sight of thine eyes which
thou shalt see.
54). And the Lord shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships,
by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again:
and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen,
and no man shall buy you.
Now the reason that God has not brought judgment upon America
as of yet, is because there are still enough righteous people in her to
hold the hand of God from striking in judgment. It would only have taken
10 people in Sodom and Gomorrah to stop the judgment from falling. And
when Elijah thought he was the only righteous one in Israel, God told him
that there were still seven thousand that had not bowed the knee to Ba'al.
(1 King 19:18; Romans 11:4) Since soon afterward the Assyrians came against
Israel and captured the 10 tribes first and later returned and captured
all the others except for the few left in the cities around Jerusalem and
Jerusalem itself. So it would appear that those seven thousand righteous
people had been, either sent away, or had died. Leaving it clear for God
to pass judgment upon the two nations of Israel, and remove them away from
Palestine, never to return.
The controversy, today, is Yahweh's, not anyone elses, and certainly
not our people, because the masses will not support removing themselves
from captivity. But just as Yahweh led our ancestors out of bondage by
force so will He do to their descendants in the future.
We know that only about 2 out of twelve will support Yahweh in
His efforts to free His people, because that is all that would give a good
report of the spies sent into the Promised Land to spy out the enemy. As
far as we know, all the others, except these two and their families died
in the wilderness and were never allowed to go into the land.
We find Yahweh declaring from His throne that He will wage war
against them from generation to generation in behalf of His people Israel.
The final conflict and overthrow is described in Ezekiel 38 and
39. These Canaanites who have integrated with the seed of Cain, whose father
was Nachish, translated"serpent," with whom they had intermarried down
through the centuries. In fact, they were the Pharisees in the time of
Yeashua (Christ), and are the Zionist Edomite, Khazar Jews we know today.
As for being disarmed, our brother and sister Israelites have
been unarmed before. They were unarmed during the Egyptian captivity; they
were disarmed by the Philistine, so much so that they had to get permission
from them before they could sharpen their axes. "Now: But all the Israelites
went down to the Philistines, to sharpen every man his share, and his coulter,
and his axe, and his mattock. Yet they had a file for the mattocks, and
for the coulters, and for the forks, and for the axes, and to sharpen the
goads. So it came to pass: but with Saul and with Jonathan his son was
there found." (1 Samuel 13:19-22)
Yet our forefathers in ancient Israel were not afraid to fight,
even though they had no arms. "And the Philistines gathered themselves
together to fight with Israel, thirty thousand chariots, and six thousand
horsemen, and people as the sand which is on the sea shore in multitude:
and they came up, and pitched in Michmash, eastward from Bethaven." (1
Samuel 13:5)
And they prevailed against them because Yahweh was with them:
"Moreover the Hebrews that were with the Philistines before that time,
which went up with them into the camp from the country round about, even
they also turned to be with the Israelites that were with Saul and Jonathan.
Likewise all the men of Israel which had hid themselves in mount Ephraim,
when they heard that the Philistines fled, even they also followed hard
after them in the battle. So the Lord saved Israel that day..." (1 Samuel
14:21-23)
So cheer up Israel, Yahweh is with us and the enemy will be destroyed.
Only have faith as did Joshua and Caleb and the other faithful in Israel
of old. We will be victorious for Yahweh has ordained it of old!
